Good food, great coffee, excellent owners. Richland Coffee House was my daily pitstop on the way to the office and a regular provider of great lunches. Tried quite a lot from their menu, but the wraps were always my favourite. Not sure how I am going to substitute that daily routine! :)

The burgers are incredible. Try the Grilled Chicken Burger, I'm not sure the last time I've had a burger this nice and for $9. The chicken is nice and hot and I swear they keep the live chickens out the back, it's that fresh 😆
I can get a milkshake too and it's only $5 and a nice shake, perfect strength. As a milkshake connoisseur, the skim shakes could probably go with some added ice-cream which I'll have to ask about next time 🤔
I can get a real tasty meal, sit outside or inside (A/C is a plus), and have it in 5-10 minutes for $14. On top of that, they're incredibly friendly people and I will continue to come here until the doctor says I'm 1% chicken DNA
Excellent coffee and food is always fresh and with generous portions. Theo provides great service and tells great jokes too! Great little cafe with dine and takeaway options.
