Decided to search for places to dine in kogarah. Stumbles across this place. Ordered beef pho as one would on a cold winter's night. This soup was super hot, burnt my tongue... normally i am worried it will be luke warm. This prompted to ask for the beef to be cook. If i had known it would be that hot, raw beef all the way.
The actual soup didn't taste like pho but still nice. Meat was a little chewy. If i lived locally, i would go again. Kogarah really needed a Vietnamese restaurant.
A pretty good pho place to go to, not the best I’ve had but pretty good if you’re close to kogarah area. Will go back to try other dishes aside from their pho!
Visited a few times now to get a real feel of the restaurant.
Nice little restaurant with very authentic Vietnamese food. You know it's an authentic Viet restaurant when they have Cafe sua da (Vietnamese ice coffee) from a metal coffee filter right at your table!
Ordered Bun thit nuong (Vermicelli noodles and BBQ pork), Bun cha gio (Vermicelli noodles and Spring Rolls, Bo Luc lac (Stirfried beef) and tomato rice, and the stuffed fried chicken wings.
Flavours were very good, fish sauce on the tangy side but overall very satisfied with portions and price!
Will be visiting again!
