It's an absolutely incredible restaurant. I had my 18th birthday dinner with my mum here and not only was the food flavoursome and extremely scrumptious but the staff were amazing as well. Their timings were on point and they were so welcoming and funny which made my night just that little bit better. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here, it doesn't matter whether your new to Tassie or you have been here all your life this restaurant is a must-go.

Had an incredible dinner selection comprising of an appetising carrot purée with chilli to awaken my palett. In spite of my seafood allergy, the seafood fettucine is aglio-oglio style, tossed with a generous amount of fin fish, mussels, smoked salmons, prawns and clams and infused with garlic and chilli. The service here is excellent and I'd give this place a rating of 4.8 out of 5. If this doesn't stop a person with seafood allergies like me, I don't think anyone else could resist these foods.

The atmosphere and staff were brilliant and attentive. It was great to see how the team worked so well.
I enjoyed the food especially the ricotta gnocchi. I did feel that portion control could be improved. We were too full after two entrees that we barely touched our mains. The pasta quality for the mains was amazing but the sauce let the dishes down a little.
Fantastic service, great atmosphere, friendly staff & delicious food. If you're in Launceston definitely pop in for dinner.

But this time mixed it up and tried the duck very well cooked and seasoned. I wouldn't order again but that's just preference. Had the tartae again - can not fault one of the best I've had in Launceston. The dessert was not what was expected. But what is always top notch is the service. The service is top notch you can just tell they work as a team and have the interest of the customer as their main goal. Can not fault the service. Drinks are perfect 👌
Amazing. Beautiful fresh oysters, squid ink linguine, beef, king fish, all just sensational. Dessert and wine awesome. The gnocchi was the only thing we weren't happy with. Fantastic service. Will definitely go back next time in Tassie.

Cute little quaint Italian restaurant with pastas and quality cooking. The wait staff were very friendly and warm, unassuming and ready to help you decide on your dish without judgement. Having had a long day out of multiple food trail eating, I had gone for several sides.
One of my favourite dishes would be the Angel Hair Pasta with Prawns, a nice soupy twist to a usual dry pasta. I would also recommend the Duck Confit for the main and found it to be very nicely cooked. Great experience and warm service.
Absolutely delicious Italian dinner at Novaro's in Launceston. The seafood was cooked perfectly, our favourite was the tiger prawn spaghettini. We also tried their scallops, beef carpaccio, rocket salad, the abalone truffle spaghettini and quail.
