Groovy little bar and restaurant! Chips were especially good, the burger nice too. Set in a nice green leafy setting. Worth a visit.

Love the music. Some heavy edm mixed with some pop. I was probably the oldest person in the joint it def for the younger croud. Was expecting more with cover charge and a big rep but it's just a shoe box with a bar and a dance floor 🤣. Still was a great fun mainly for the music. Go there if your sick of hearing the same 10 songs from the clubs in Hobart.

We were the only people there and they kept insisting we sit down, even giving me my first warning after I stood up to buy a shot, citing covid stuff. Spent way too much money on this place. They’re worried about being shut down? Obviously they’ve evidently done the wrong thing in the past to cause it cause we did nothing to cause it.

Bakers Lane is a great venue, all around. Excellent food, short wait times and fantastic front of house service. Great for lunch, dinner, and really good as a night venue from 10pm to 5am on Friday and Saturday nights. I think the best thing about Bakers Lane is the staff. Very friendly at the bar and the security staff are very pleasant. If you are out on a weekend, definitely check Bakers Lane out.

Thanks so much for an awesome meal, guys! We were a party of 15 tonight - food was delicious, hot, and all delivered to the table at the same time. Service was amazing and friendly, and I was allowed to BYO cake. The staff were so helpful and easygoing, I'm never going to stop raving about this place. All the stars.

They serve ‘Sambo and chips’. This is so racially offensive! For a place that is obviously LGBQT friendly they should be ashamed to have the word Sambo on their menu. It’s a very racist term.

I live in Brisbane, but I am originally from Launceston... During a family trip to Tassie last year my Daughter turned 13. From Brisbane and with help and great communication from the wonderful staff at Bakers Lane, I managed to organize a dinner with family and friends. Bakers Lane even put together a menu just for the dinner, as well as supplying a beautiful cake and put up decorations in my daughters favorite colours.... Thank you Bakers Lane for a great night.
