Review The Pizza Pub - Launceston

2 hour delivery, soggy pizza with minimal toppings. I use to love pizza pub but based on tonight’s delivery I wouldn’t recommend, poor pizza and 2 hours is way too long to wait. Not worth $45 for two below average pizzas

Really nice spot! Open plan with lots of seating. The staff are really nice and the pizzas, double smoked chicken wings and wedges were delicious. Good selection of alcohol. They had high chairs for kids and there is limited parking on the side.

Great WoW Fab........ Great menu Friendly helpful staff..... I had Duck pizza and a Canadian Club off the tap while waiting...... how good was that!! YUMM Prices really good tooooo. Happy customer 🍕🍕

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! ordered delivery at 5:40pm on a tuesday night as we were in isolation, was told delivery would arrive at 7:10pm, that in itself is 1.5hrs. We ordered 1 garlic pizza and 2 large carbonara, not exactly a huge order and I live a 5 Min drive from this place. At 7:25pm we received a call to say they had run out of fettuccine pasta and asked if spaghetti would do, when we said it was supposed to be here 15 mins ago they said it's just leaving which it clearly wasn't as they had just told us in the previous sentence that they had run out of fettuccine so they hadn't even cooked it yet. Then at 7:45pm it finally turned up over 2hrs after ordering, the pasta was luke warm at best and 1 of the containers wasn't even full. Definitely not worth the wait and won't make this mistake again, reading the reviews we are not the only ones to have a similar experience.

Great pizza,awsum choice of beers and ciders a lot better pizzas now and yeah would go back for sure 👍😋😋

Walked in after a very long drive from Hobart. Google clearly said place closes at 9pm. Walked in at 748pm and the girl at the front counter rudely told me they stopped taking walk ins… I looked around the place was half full, I said hrmm okay, she then said u can have takeaway .. I said can I eat the takeaway here atleast? She said outside … (in the freezing cold) umm no I took my business elsewhere !

Our go to pizza in Launceston. Consistently good whether it be a small order or catering for a large group. We keep coming back!

Excellent service and really great pizza (even gluten free options!) Tonight they even stayed open a bit later to accommodate our group. Will definitely be back again and again! Can't go wrong with Pizza Pub �

A bit disappointed with the service tonight after waiting 1 and a half hours for 2 pizzas to be delivered less than 5 minutes drive away. Was starting to think that they may have been a little busy on a Wednesday night since it was holidays, but when I finally received the pizza the lady politely said they hadn’t been busy at all and that it had been a pretty ‘chilled’ night. When the food eventually arrived it was actually pretty good which was a positive.

Wow just wow is all i can say about the food and service the food was that good we went two nights in a row the first night there was 30 of us and not one complaint so i went back the next night with my mum n dad and again not a complaint except that they dont deliver to melbourne � thank you pizza pub for a delicious meal ���

For a place with pizza in its name it was a disappointment. Ordered a regular sized meat pizza and the whole thing had maybe 5 strips of ham and 4 slices of lamb. Topped with random bites of salt. Ordered a Diet Coke which had no syrup. When we complained we were told it's a known issue and was given a bottle instead. How about Don't serve it in the first place if it's a known issue.

I had the Vitamin A pizza, but managed to try some of the others....I am not a pizza girl, but food was good. Well worth it �

Are you guys hiring? Cause you could really do with more staff out front. Was very tempted to head to domino's on the way home so we didn't have to wait another hour for more pizza (Unfortunately because the pizza was pretty damn tasty).

Always impressed with the service, atmosphere and scrumptious pizzas.. Tried the gourmet "Tassie Meatzza", Tassie lamb, Scottsdale slow cooked pork and bacon etc.. Have to big-note, one of the best pizzas I've enjoyed.. Washed it down with a few pints of on-tap, vanilla and coffee bean stout.. My belly is very happy.

Disappointed! Told us they couldn't accommodate more than 20 people, yet when we arrived there were empty tables. Definitely wouldn't pay $20 for a 'gourmet' lamb pizza which had minimal lamb pieces when dominos is next door. Don't waste your time and money.

Had the potential but very ordinary pizzas and atmosphere to go with it!

It was terrible. Just the service from a guy who just lied directly to my face about why our orders took so long and weren't righ. I put a big post about it on my page, so I won't go into more details.

Food was good. But one guy on taking orders, cleaning the tables, serving food and drinks for an alomst full house is bloody mad. Whoever that guy is needs to be paid more. 3 stars for him only

Great place. Always great pizza. Actually Should be open more often later. The only problem is it's very hot and noisy..

Went for a family night out and the service was no expressions, no welcome. Lights on no one was home. Asked for glasses each 5 was disgusting dirty , crusty, asked for another glass and still came back dirty. Lady's toilets were dirty toilet roll on dirty floor no holders Walls in dining area filthy. Would I go back NO NO.
