Finally got around to having dinner here tonight and will definitely be going back! Japanese inspired menu using local produce. The lamb skewers from the hibachi were some of the tastiest skewers we have ever had outside Japan. Well thought out wine / alcohol list compliments the food.

We found it difficult to find a restaurant at short notice in Launceston. Unbelievably this restaurant is amazing. Every dish from entree to main to dessert is beautifully and lightly balanced with lots of complex flavours paired with excellent wines. A gastronomic delight and a Tasmanian find. Eat
