The older red haired lady making coffee is extremely rude. She virtually threw the coffee at myself and some other people ordering coffee. The coffee she made was very ordinary also. Very unpleasant experience.

The pie is amazing period. It's the best place to go if you fancy a pie or a spinach roll, it's a full on reason to visit tasmania

Staff need to not touch food, bags,money then move onto the next customer with the same gloves on witnessed this several times over the past 2 weeks.. Definitely not hygienic at all.

Great, friendly staff with great service. Food and coffee has always been great when I've been there. Located in the Riverside Plaza shopping centre, with easy access and plenty of parking.

Waited ages to be served, only to be told the coffee machine was closed down 15 minutes before close. Never have I ever seen a sign saying coffee only available during certain times.
