Surprisingly good! Good value for money. Bento box portions were generous and delicious. Ramen soup base was good. They also serve ready made sushi rolls if you’re not wanting to wait.

I had stir fry beef udon noodle, OMG!!! its the best, i love it. They are family own and staff are friendly too. Feel sorry for them that after we arrived, there are a few more customers coming due to Easter Sunday.

Would strongly advise against ordering from this site for delivery. Large order for multiple people was put in, however was sent with over half of the order missing. Also - despite ordering for multiple people, none of what was sent was labelled in any way.
We attempted to rectify with the manager over the phone who admitted that they had definitely made an error with the order but refused to simply send out the rest of the order - instead, they wanted us to place another order through Doordash for a can of coke (at our expense!) and would then send the missing items along. Due to the time spent trying to sort this out, the window to order closed and we had to go through the refund process instead meaning half the team missed out on lunch today. Thanks heaps Bento, welcome to the black list.

It was my first time I had tried Japanese food，and I really enjoyed it. I had a fried chicken udon and the quality of produce is above average. The dector is a bit basic，but the service was good，as was the atmosphere. I would go again.

We ordered udons, one with beef one with teriyaki, the beef one was excellent but the chicken teriyaki came out cold (like below room temperature), the teriyaki sauce didn't taste much like teriyaki sauce, wouldn't recommend that dish

Fantastic food served in a pleasant environment. Great at any time but I like lunch because it is such a varied menu. Highly recommended.

Great food. Very tasty compared any other Bento. I come here very regularly. But today the girl working asked me if I came for Uber , even before I could order. I have never seen a uber driver in a suit so I felt very offended . Not everyone who is Brown does Uber.Worst feeling ever and last time I have my lunch here.
