I've just bought a burger through the drive thru, I've got no complaints regarding the staff or the service, I am just highly disappointed that my burger had a fly stuck in the middle of it. I've just had to throw it away and go without lunch for today. I've left some feedback so I'm sure someone will be in touch soon to make this right!

It is quite baffling to have ordered a menu item for delivery an hour and thirty minutes before you do intend to eat and they still manage to not fulfil the order and the delivery is therefore late as well. I don't understand how there could be any good excuse to not have a single item ready to get picked up for delivery when the order was place an hour and thirty minutes in advance. The manager will have to get their workers to be more organised.

Are the burgers better at Hungry Jacks? Hard to say, because there are no burgers at Hungry Jacks Launceston. How do you mismanage your store so badly that you run out of both beef and chicken? Why are you even open? And why does your facebook page identify it as spam when I try to let people know? Lift your game, Hungry Jacks.

Disgusting honestly. Couldn't find one table that didn't have sauce or rubbish. Staff were staring off into space and were very rude. Lots of glaring and talking in outside work conversations. Had to ask twice to clean my table and still dirty. Chips were rotten and burger was horrible. Only good thing was the drink. Also a few staff unmasked at the back kitchen. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

Tasty...ish but chewy tired food. The fries had a slightly burnt flavour and the burger was overdone and had the consistency of shoe leather.

Great chips, good burgers but terrible coffees. Service is good but staff were great when recently hosting a children's party.

Way way way too slow, it’s terrible every time takes ages to get the food.. nice staff but slowest place in Launceston, i was the only car in the drive thru and not a single customer in the shop but took almost 15 minutes to get a breeky wrap that came out with black charcoal stuck to the wrap from a dirty cooking surface........ the moto should be changed to "The burgers are slower at Hungry Jacks"
unfortunately not a one off, pretty much the same every time I've been there.
disappointing to say the least, only positive was the girl serving was nice and polite.
