Review Delicacy Cafe Launceston - Launceston

Fantastic food, and coffee. Staff were attentive and encouraged feedback. Great vegetable pasties, relish, and salad Key word.... FRESH Thank you for a delicious meal on the airport.

Went into the cafe for brunch and asked for the pancakes and was told they had non available. How does a place that cooks up "fresh food" not have flour, milk and eggs at hand? I got the feeling they just couldn't be bothered to make them or didn't know how to.

Come here to see a guy with the most amazing moustache ever! The food is also good and has a real 'home cooked' feel about it. They cook in a small, open kitchen and the smell is fantastic. I had the Aztec hot chocolate too, which was a little different with a hint of chilli. There's seating both outdoors and indoors.

Great meals and deserts.

Home made food. Great light lunch. Has a deli out front, full of specialty cheese and smallgoods, some made right there. Cakes and pastries.

Restaurant quality café. Delicious food if not overpriced. A shame about the limited selection of the bakery.

Good Coffee but not the best!

Coffee surprisingly good, but real bogan staff... And they won't win any races...

Outside it looks modern and inviting, so does the providor as you step inside. But the cafe is out the back with no view outside and quite boring and old styling. We came for breakfast, which was OK, but fairly plain with white bread and bottled juice.

Some good, some not so good. Dropped in here today for very late lunch - toasted sandwich, sweet treat and tea; overall experience positive with lovely attentive staff and clean, pleasant atmosphere... BUT why would a place that promotes and sells quality produce put a tea bag in a pot instead of leaves and serve mock cream instead of real??? and there was too much ham in the sandwich which meant the cheese and tomato were overwhelmed. for the price, not good enough I think!

Poor. Antipasto salad was far too salty and the pie to go with it was served cold. I expected better from a cafe but we were hugely disappointed. The cafe wasn't even busy at the time so there is no excuse for not heating up food prior to serving!!!!!! Overall in my advice, dont bother to try here.

Fresh and delicious. Owned by a dedicated cook, this place offers fresh deli and also cook with only quality ingredients! It has a cafe behind that serves tasty and fresh breakies. Also try their scallop pies, satay and laksa!
