If you need gluten free then this is the best bakery in Launceston, everything is so fresh and full of flavour. Nothing is ever too much trouble, highly recommend for anyone on a gluten free diet!

I visited here for the first time this week and was so pleasantly surprised and amazed at the number of options for my 3 Coeliacs in the family! I haven't had a pie in years! The food was top quality. I also bought some of the gluten free bread baked on site and the loaves were large and the best gf bread i have ever tasted. I will definitely be returning on my visits to Launceston. Top quality food, and super friendly service.

Well I officially fell in love again with fruit buns!! These gluten free chocolate buns and fruit buns are to die for!!! Thank you so very much for making me feel normal by being able to eat fruit buns that doesn’t taste doughy and disgusting!!
