Review Oz Pizza's - Launceston

We got a good assortment of pizzas to try. The service was quick and it was good being able to eat in. The prawn pizza we got was particularly good. There was a good number of prawns on the pizza (as promised!) which was a good thing. The BBQ meat pizza was nice and flavourful, and the mushroom pizza, though a little less flavourful, was still a good meal. As a side, we ordered a slightly smaller garlic pizza. We found it to be a little dry, but figured it was part of the meal.

Had the peri peri, karage chicken, and chicken mushroom with garlic bread and chips. Food was absolutely disappointing for 'gourmet pizzas'. The pizzas were doused in heavy mayo, to cover the taste in the poor quality ingredients. Burning garlic bread was all time low for me to experience. These pizzas were recommended as the top pizzas for their flavour. Customer service was friendly, but don't expect anything better than a sad dinner with friends and maybe a stomach ache the day after

Very unorganised. We ordered our pizza for takeaway. They said it would only take 10 minutes for takeaway and we were the first to come to the shop. Later, other people started to come to dine there and they served them first. They had put some of the pizza in the hot container for pick up, I had the feeling if it was ours and asked the pizza girl as well if it was ready she said more 5 minutes. It was already 30 minutes more that we have been waiting for the pizza. Later, when I went there again to tell them about it, they got confused and began to search the order. Then the boy who took our order came out and said to his other staff that the pizza we ordered was on the hot container waiting to be picked since 15 minutes whereas not any of them informed us that the pizza was ready almost 15 minutes ago. We were waiting to be called for more than half an hour. They were not even sorry for their disgusting service. I would not recommend this place at all. Very unsystematic and unorganised staff. Pizza is tasty but the service is very worst.

Fast service, love the sizes they have chosen for the pizzas and for the pricing, puts other 'budget' places to shame! ... I took one star off for bottled garlic... I love my garlic, but there's no excuse for not having fresh garlic and I have a nasty taste in my mouth 2 hours after eating it!

Lovely pizza, generous toppings. Garlic bread is fresh and delicious. Approximately 45min wait (We didn't mind) which was better than the advertised 71mins.

I ordered Classico crust pizza and they gave me thin crust pizza and when I rang them back and the staff was too rude and they didn’t accept their mistake and the staff was blaming on me as I ordered same pizza from couple of months… So guys please check you order before you leave from store …

nice pizza; we have the half reef & beef + half prawn. So tasty, highly recommend (^з^)-☆

There are not to many places left where you can sit down and enjoy a pizza with someone. Those were fun times for families. Sadly the atmosphere is a bit plain Jane. This would help sell the experience of a good pizza. Because pizza capers does make some wonderful pizza at the right price.
