Finally found time to drop in to this little gem today for a late breaky with my mum....
Awesome vibe, good menu, great staff ( even when I went hipster and asked for deconstructed avo on toast) will defiantly be going back
The style of service was genuine and very attentive. The food is absolutely wholesome, freshly prepared and cooked beautifully. Tastes you must have. I loved my prawns with wasabi sauce, the grand kids had Crispy pork , & the good old beef burger . Followed up with chocolate pudding, as it is Jonah and Taylah's favourite. Very serious wholesome food and affordable to dine out, no regrets... I love my good food too and recommend it to your families and friends.....
My favorite local cafe. Coffee is really good i love industry beans and the doughnuts so good. I enjoy the breakfastand lunch items only wish it was open mondays
The cafe seems to cater towards the locals best, and can be full of families with little babies most of the time.
The coffee was alright - could've been a little hotter but i got my fix of caffeine. I got their chicken parma which wasn't cheap by any means, but it was full of flavour and the portion was generous. The chicken wasn't dry like you find at other places, and went well with the cheese and sauce.
Will probably go back to try other items on their menu.
Awesome and delicious menu.
Coffee absolutely ten points✅
Owners very friendly and attentive.
And we loved the music in the background 🎧
Awesome playlist Kate we were told by your hubby is your playlist🎧👍 (R&B yeyyy)
If I’m in the area this is will be my fav breakfast/brunch restaurant 😎
Lunch out today, mother in law quote ‘best scrambled eggs i have EVER had’.
5’s all around from the table.
Burgers were great, chicken pot pie was also really good.
Service was great as was the atmosphere.
I’ve finally found my new favourite local breakfast spot :D Favor and Grace. Been here twice in the last week for their awesome Bacon and egg breakfast and coffee.
What I love about this cafe is they treat new customer as their regular. The staff were very friendly, and they served lovely coffee.
I had a latte, and egg and bacon roll for my breakfast. The fried egg was a bit under, the whites was still translucent, and the caramelised onion wasn't brown enough. But the bacon was well fried and smelled so good when it hit my table. Not to mention their special sauce, omg, it was soo yum! I literally scraped every drop of it from the plate.
I will definitely come back for their other menu.
If not for its location out in the West, Favor and Grace is just like most cafes you would find around the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Hip and modern white brick walls with an industrial vibe thrown in for good measure. The wait staffs are easy-going and warm - perfectly in line with the relaxed atmosphere of the place.
The food we had were, by and large, outstanding. The F+G Big Brunch was indeed big. All components of the dish were delicious, and the creamy scrambled eggs really stood out. The Soul Bowl was a filling and nutritious dish, and also healthy if I did not went ahead and add some crispy chicken thighs to it. No regrets though because the chicken thighs were so tender and juicy, with a wonderful crispy skin. My partner found the chicken flesh a bit bland (absence of marinade perhaps), but nothing that can't be fixed by BYO Tabasco and cayenne pepper.
My partner's latte was a bit too hot at the start, but there is no denying the full-bodied and strong taste of the brew. My dirty chai was spot on.
While the West is not short of cafes, most seem to go unnoticed, except by the locals. Favor and Grace seems to suffer from this fate. It's a shame because this place is a formidable brunch spot.
love the place, with it's nice Decor and great friendly service this is a place to be when you are in Laverton, food is top notch and coffee is spot on. highly recommended when you are in the area 😃😁
One of my favourite cafes in the west, lovely decor. Great people,Coffee is always spot on and food is wonderful, not to forget the service,.keep up the great work
We are very set in our ways with some of the other local cafes in the surrounding neighborhood, but we were pleasantly surprised with this one! We still prefer going to our other fav for breakfast, but I think this would be a great place to go for an evening meal on the nights it open. Coffee and staff were great.
