I had lunch here early yesterday. With three kids four and under with us, we turned up before lunch ordering started, but one of the staff was absolutely cracking, getting the kids room turned on and helping us with everything from the table to ordering and beyond. I think her name was Katrina, and her customer service was absolutely sensational. We'll be back again!
Had the most wonderful time this Melbourne Cup day at the Lawnton Tavern!
They put on a great day with a Fashion Parade and live music.
Had an amazing three course meal! Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful! Especially the homemade desserts yum yum yum!!

A 10 minute drive from the North Pine Dam and we arrive at the Lawnton Tavern for a pub dinner. Staff here are welcoming, friendly and helpful. This Tavern is well managed and spotless without any unpleasant smells. Our dinner order is paid for at the counter and are served within 20 minutes.
*Graziers T-Bone 400g ($33) is served with chips, salad and mushroom sauce.
*Mega Mixed Grill ($28) comes with a Rump steak, sausage, bacon, chicken wings, mashed potatoes and vegetables.
*Steak Toppers- BBQ Pork Ribs ($10) and Fried Calamari ($6).
The food is good and with thefork’s 50% discount this meal represents great value.

Nice place for a meal for friends or family, a very welcoming atmosphere with top quality pub food.
Came on a quiet Thursday night for dinner. The food was great quality, it tasted like food that was actually made on site, and good serving size. The chef was very nice, said hello and had a few words with us. The kind lady that served us Kat was lovely, very attentive and often stopped by to check on us. It is very hard to get this kind of service anywhere these days.

We had my friends birthday dinner here and had a great experience. Staff, timing brilliant. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. My friend is picky when it comes to how her steak is cooked and chef nailed it. Children are catered for and staff friendly and helpful. We have been three times since and Lawnton Tavern is our go to place now.
Walked in establishment and it was inviting and quite modern. Staff were fantastic and up for a joke and a laugh.. food was great was very busy but staff advised of wait which really was.nit that bad. Even though there were some grumpy people that did not like waiting. Staff sorted them well. .
Beer was priced well smashed a few $6 pints
Fantastic family dining! My family has eaten out at Lawnton Tavern a number of times now and our kids love it. Meals are always cooked beautifully. Kids love the playground and are excited for the playroom to be completed. The $10 kids meals include a scoop of ice cream which unlike other taverns they have a choice of different flavours and cones to pick from.
The wait staff are always friendly and happy to help out. Special mention to Kat, she’s always very friendly, smiling and clearing tables quickly. Makes for a great experience.

Had an absolutely lovely meal Enjoyed a nice chat with the Chef Amy who went above and beyond to meet my dietary needs she actually cared and personally made sure that my meal was safe for me which I really appreciated she then came out to see we were happy with our meals. Always nice to know they care a take a moment out of their busy night to get some feedback.
From the moment our group of 22 walked in the wrong entrance, we were greeted with exceptional customer service. We were walked to the correct area where we were again greeted by such a friendly manager, Courtney. All our kids meals were ordered first, all coming out exactly how we ordered. Kids were very happy. We then put our mains through, included 5 steaks, all cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chefs! All our mains were delicious!! Thank you for making my niece's 4th birthday lunch so stress-free. Can't thank staff enough. Highly recommend
Went to the four mile 10-15 minutes before they closed the kitchen on a Saturday night, we were a bit worried because the Warner tavern didn’t want to take any orders 10 minutes before they closed and turned us away but the four mile were happy to serve us and the food and drinks were good. The 5 stars are also for the customer service of the staff. They were very hospitable, I will definitely be visiting the four mile more.
Love the staff at the Lawnton. They are always so lovely, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing. My steak is always cooked just the way I like it. And the entrée/share options are delicious and change up a bit. Plus they have Green Beacon Wayfarer on tap so bonus points for that!
