We are regulars at Winthrop hawkers, but it was closed so we went over here. Just as good as our local and friendly service. I could barely get to the till to pay for my dinner, there were people everywhere. Will be back to try something different on the menu.

We booked an evening meal the food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious, one of the nicest Chinese meals I have had, however I was eye level with the kitchen and watched staff handling dishes with tea towels that looked grubby, washing and drying plates that did not look like a dishwasher in use.The restaurant was very full and I presumed they were rushed.The meal was so nice that we get takeaways regularly instead, I figure this would solve the dish observation.The staff were very nice especially the lady at the front desk.I would certainly recommend meals
Great little find. We were taken to this restaurant by friends and we can't thank them enough. The food is delicious and the staff friendly and attentive. I love the fact that the owner/manager (?) remembers our name and always stops by our table to say hello. Lovely sense of community.

Love it!. Very 80's looking chinese restaurant.. Spacious and friendly staffs... Loved the Hokkien Mee recommended by my sis.. Brings my taste buds back to KL ( ^ o ^ ) ... MMMmMmm... Curry laksa was " so - so ".. Belacan fried rice was yummy too.. Generous portions and good value!
Local gem. I like the fkt here. if you're after a 'healthy' version of a hawker favourite, give this place a chance.
Its not particularly oily yet retains authenticity.
Food here is pretty good and served quickly after ordering. Portions for the dishes are also generous. Staff are friendly and polite however they did not fill up the tea pots as regularly. The table arrangement felt a bit cramped but it was lucky that diners were spaced out. Overall still an enjoyable evening.
Had lunch here with family and everything we ordered was great. The kids loved the seafood fried rice and the portion size was generous. The sizzling pepper steak was beautiful. Will come back again.
Best Chicken 🐔 Omelette in town ,, so, so, goood , had dine in , the sizzling BBQ beef was tasty and the combination rice 🍚 was on point ... definitely what you expect from a Chinese restaurant, will be going back for sure - just remember to bring a jumper in winter as there is no heating inside and can get a little chilli😁
You know you'll always get the same high quality food every time. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant since 2006 and they've never disappointed us. Always value for money!
When we walked into the restaurant, we were worried about the authenticity of the food as we were the only Asian origin customers in the place. However the food was not a let down.
Really good food, nice casual atmosphere, friendly staff. Seriously recommend you try them, we didn't have a single complaint.
