Food is great at Hungry Jack's in Leumeah. Staff seem to need more customer satisfaction training. A couple of staff at the counter have not been polite when I complained about a cheese burger that I ordered but there was no cheese in it. I think they got embarrassed coz there were people in queue who saw what I was complaining about. Without saying an apology the other staff just grabbed the burger from my hand and chucked it in the bin on the side and the other staff just handed me a new one. They could have just apologised with a smile and admit something was not done right. I could have been one happy customer who will recommend other friends to come and enjoy eating at Hungry Jack's in Leumeah.
