Ginger bread biscuits, Custard Cake. Sausage rolls are like ones you get from Gregg’s Bakery in England back at home. The best Bakery in Australia. Fresh and tasty. Wish it was local.
Love this cake shop. It's one of those iconic, country cake shops that sell the Neenish tarts, massive jam donuts and hedgehog slices. Reminds me of my childhood! You're going there fore the experience, the friendliness of the shopkeeper, and for a refreshingly cheap baked good. These aren't the kind of items that are absolutely perfect and made bulk in a factory. They have character and they're delicious!
I've been local in Leura for a year and love this bakery. Staff are polite and I love the almond croissants and custard tarts! The spinach quiche is also delish - moist ,well seasoned and cheesey. My partner also rates the pasties and sausage rolls :)
