Amazing nachos! Their initiative to help is also commendable. The toppings available are very innovative too and rightly priced. Itβs a great healthy option amidst all the unhealthy ones. Great staff too, always polite and accommodating.
A mexican takeaway place where you can get burrito, bowls and quesadillas. I ordered a bowl with black rice, beef and salad. You can choose your own combinations. I also like that money from this organisation goes to charity :) Food is fresh and tasty and not very expensive.
Quick food, they make it in front of you and you can choose exactly what you want, and there's so many vegan options. I liked how they told me which sauces and options were vegan and that they knew not to put any cheese.

We had the black rice burrito bowl with chicken. Loved the fact that they measure everything before placing in the bowl. Portions are then accurate to the calories they state :)

Ordered the classic burrito with lamb and pretty much all the free fillings - lettuce, tomato, corn, onion, sour cream, cheese, white rice and garlic sauce. All the flavours combined with a soft tortilla works well together.
Good feed, but a bit pricier as far as lunches go - $11.90. Definitely worth it imo, and a free meal is donated with a burrito purchase.
New Mexican chain based on meal for a meal. Every bowl or boritto you buy they will donate one to the needy. I got a classic bowl - it was nice enough but a smaller position than you'd get at mad mex or Guzman. Tasty enough and good set up anyhow..
I remember seeing this place in Cairns. I found it expensive but nice food and it's no different down This way
Black rice is this the new superfood? Someone is advertising it like it is! I had vege black rice and it tasted better than expected

This place is really fresh and tasty. In my opinion better than most tex mex type outlets. I always eat the vegie options - burritos and bowls are Delish! Best black rice ever! Crunchy and full of flavour. Would be even better if they had a proper restaurant for late night dining.
Absolutely delicious! They have a special on for this month (I think its $6 Chikito and $9 Burrito) which is fantastic value for money. The meats are all slow cooked and full of flavour and the accompanying condiments are all so fresh and full of flavour. The best thing is that when you order a bowl, a meal is donated to someone in need around the world (they ask you where you would like your donation to go to).Β
I highly recommend the chicken, it has such a unique flavour (but not over powering by any means).

Excellent balanced food with tasty sauce and salsa.
The service was excellent as well. The highlight was the service of he lovely lady Lis who served us had top-notch knowledge about food, nutrition content, Ingredients of the sauce and even the history of the company.
She went through each product one by one to help us build our perfect bowl.
Definitely coming back again. ππ

It's not often I go into a shop or restaurant and I notice the service of a person is exceptional. Especially if it's a relatively simple product or service, like a burrito but every time I've been to Zambrero's Lidcombe Alicia (sorry didn't get the exact spelling) has been excellent. In general I like the Zambrero product, especially the combination of sauces and marinated chicken so maybe I'm just in a good mood. I also drive 20 mins just for the burrito bowl. This particular employee however is always super attentive, she's listening to exactly what you're saying, giving you only the relevant options at the appropriate point, balances customer expectations when an uber driver rushes up and does every aspect of her role (from what I can observe) properly. Today we ordered two burrito bowls, one gluten-free for coeliacs (she checked whether it was coeliac or just intolerant, at which point she took extra precautions) and my brother who has down syndrome she engaged again with her full attention. Got everything done with minimum of fuss and the maximum speed that could be done to complete it correctly. I would say that level of service is 1 in 200 or 1 in 300 experiences. If I was starting a company today, she would be the first person I hire. Really exceptional.
Helps to beat world hunger so eating here feels good. Our burritos tasted good, as the ingredients were fresh. They have a small eating area but more seating is available in the food court.
My partner and I visited and ate here for lunch 2 small nachos and 2 burritos today 04/07 it was absolutely delicious and the team member who looked after us was outstanding with customer service skills Iβm just embarrassed that I didnβt catch the name of the server (short hair and wore a cap) but Zambezi should be pleased to have a great enthusiastic employee I really made our day thank you I would totally recommend this outlet
Beef burrito was delicious and likely my equal first choice for a meal at this shopping centre. I'll be getting a large next time instead of going back for another.

The service was fantastic for a start. The young lady at the counter Lis was a real stand out, noticing I had no idea what I was doing being my first time here. She was very helpful and friendly, showing genuine passion for service and making me feel good. Thats what it's all about essentially if you can make people happy to spend their money you're onto a winner. I must say the burrito was delicious almost as good as the service I received.
