Friendly service at a quirky place doing Asian fusion. We had the Chinaman’s noodle soup and the seafood laksa. Food was fresh and prompt... a bit sweet, but nice.

上山之前导游一直提醒我们，旅游景点的餐饮如何如何不好吃，偶然路过这家看到里面干干净净的装修风格也让人很有食欲。抱着试试看的心理点了一份海鲜炒面。真的是超级无敌无敌无敌无敌的好吃！！！！我要给炒面打CALL！好久没有吃到这种熟悉的东南亚味道酸酸甜甜辣辣的。而且很大一份感觉两个妹子可以吃一碗。吃了一半我就已经撑的不行。五星好评，太好吃了😋

This restaurant has very interesting decor and menu. There are many traditional Asian dishes with the chef’s local twist. And lots of spices available. We enjoyed the laksa and kway teow. Servings were a good size and price was reasonable.

I ordered the greens with tofu and rice noodles. It was a generous serve and pretty good for what you expect. I ordered take away and they were pretty fast.

Date With Beneva

Our attention were immediately drawn to the restaurant the moment we walked past it. Benji being the ‘Noodle King’ definitely wanted to get some noodles on his chopsticks ! Haha.. i really enjoy my pad thai (it was a good balance between sweet and sour) but Benji found the laksa to be too creamy. Overall, great place to stop by before continuing our great ocean road trip.

The family loved the food here. The spring rolls and laksa were the best they’ve ever had. All was eaten to the very last noodle! Great taste and flavours.

Places I Eat

One of the best pad thais I’ve ever had! Portions are large, 2 people could share one meal. Will be back. However, you need to go earlier on a weekend as it gets very busy and the wait time is a while.

Went here with the family (10 of us in total) it’s a busy place so get there early to grab a table during peak season. The decor needs updating and the restaurant needs to invest in some sort of insect repellant as there were sooo many flys in the restaurant which was off putting. There is no table service so you need to order at the front counter. We all ordered one after the other but the first lot of food came out 15-20 minutes before the rest. Although the food itself was really nice and the servings were generous! I recommend the chicken curry.

I like Chopstix. No fuss noodle bar which is always the busiest restaurant on the main strip. We only had to line up for 15min before ordering and were lucky enough to score a window seat looking out towards the water. Spring rolls were good, char kway teow was my favourite, the nasi goreng lacked a bit of flavour for me. The cocktail I had - I could not taste any alcohol at all. Not sure if that means they make amazing cocktails or I paid for alcohol and received none 🤔

Chopstix has two options for vegans, a green curry and tofu & vegetables with noodles/rice. This place is located right opposite the beach and has creatives ways to lure people in with their Chilli station and music. The quantity they serve is good enough to fill two people and their prices are value for money.

Very good ramen, we stopped here after our drive on the Great ocean road. I had the ninja laksa, which came with seafood, and the coconut panda to drink. We sat out on the patio and fortunately they had heaters since it was pretty cold.

#VegeterianAvailable 5 star for location and view. Very few options but they know what they are serving in vegeterian. No egg no fish concept is clear. Good service. Spring rolls had too much oil but they were of unique taste and even a texured roll paper which was very different.

Food was good, very big portions. The drinks were the highlight. I got a very nice margherita and BF got a coconut panda, which wasn't too coconutty, but came in an actual coconut

There were 12 of us who visited 27/02/22. We all ordered different meals, and nobody was disappointed. The restaurant was busy, but the meals were delivered to our table quickly. Hot, very tasty and generous servings. The staff are happy to assist. Loved the place.

I know people have different experiences and sometimes its the luck of the draw, but my experience was fantastic. I was eating with my eyes before I ordered and it was good!. Good food came out, it was vibrant, flavoursome and generous in size (ended up with some takeaway and it was good the next day too). If in Lorne try it!
