Staff are so wonderful here, so friendly & attentive in everything they do. We were seated by the window & had an amazing view of the sunset.
The food itself was really flavourful, well presented, filling & tasty.
I had the Lamb tenders in Harissa sauce to start, the seasonal fish which at that time was a whole baby snapper with zesty peas & a side of the diamond cut chips. Would definitely recommend all. The fish especially was well seasoned & soft like butter.
Definitely would have given 5 stars, only that the wait time was a little on the longer end. Despite that, it was still an amazing night & I look forward to returning here sometime.
Food is good, the asparagus is a standout! Also recommend the Porcini ravioli and sticky date pudding. But the best thing about this place is the service. Can't fault it! Worth a trip for a good date night/special night

This is the one restaurant I will always be coming back for..
Always have a lovely experience, very welcoming owner and team members.
Food is always great, they made THE BEST old school Panna Cotta ( super tasty and creamy ), and the mousse was heavenly..
The price is reasonable for the quality food served.
Great food, amazing views and wonderful customer service, can not ask for anything more.
Will be back soon 🙌
My wife and l attended the Wine Collective last night for our first anniversary dinner. The views were spectacular, got there early enough for a sunset of magnificent blues.
The staff were lovely and very friendly.
We both enjoyed the mushroom entree. We also both had the fillet steaks which were cooked to perfection and the rocket and pear salad was delicious.
A lovely restaurant experience.
Thanks guys.
Great setting with awesome views of Macedon Ranges. The food was very tasty & excellent service.
Had a wonderful time at dinner during our stay in the area. The atmosphere suited the style of food and design of the restaurant. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the views, but would be keen to come back during the day or during the summer time when daylight savings are in place.
The food was great, and had some interesting items on the menu which you can't find at any other local places.
Wine oriented restaurant with expansive views over the plains below Mount Macedon. Wine list is enormous with a focus on local wines, and you can buy bottles to take home at cellar door prices. For those driving they have a very good selection of wines by glass. As per other reviews some of the dishes could be improved, but the menu is ambitious and the night we went the croquettes were perfect. In any case the views and wine make it 5 stars.
