Great pad thai. Probably one of the best flavoured and most traditional thai in the area. Service could be better and it was hard communicating with staff.
First time @ Baan Thai on the weekend. The foods were excellent. Highly recommended if u looking for delicious tasty Thai foods. We had a great night.
Surprisingly authentic Thai cuisine- no shortcuts are taken in providing a very broad menu of dishes- from the classics to some lesser known plates. A real gem set modestly in the eastern Adelaide foothills. Delightful!
I've been visiting baan thai for years... it has been my absolute favourite restaurant for quite some time, and still the best thai food I have ever eaten! I adore the prawn cakes, they have the most amazing texture, in addition to the delicious flavour! I've had all the starters at some point, and although I didn't enjoy the fish cakes, every other starter has been superb! The mains are consistently enjoyable, my favourites are choo chee prawns, massaman curry, pad thai, basil beef and the thai fried rice. Although an outing to baan can be slightly expensive, it's defiantly worth it! The service is of a reasonable standard, which conclusively makes for a lovely evening out! I look forward to my next visit!
I love Thai food and this restaurante fulfill my expectations. The rice was very tasty and the vegetables well done. The staff was so friendly and helpfull. Warmer restaurant.

Never been disappointed! We have enjoyed Baan Thai at least once a month since moving to the area. The flavours are always consistent & delicious. We get the Penang beef, pad Thai & whole Barra with Choo Chee sauce. Been able to spread the Baan Thai joy throughout our extended family & lots of happy customers. Thank you!!
Baan Thai is the best thai in town for me so far. Red duck curry, pandan chicken, steam fish, barramundi with curry sauce are certain of our favorite's. They don't muck around with the food. My tips, if the waiter doesn't understand about what you saying just mentioned the item number.
Authentic Thai setting East of the city, great flavours from all dishes . Very friendly service and affordable price. Will continue to visit :)
We were happy with the food and the wine list was better than expected. The food service was very slow and I also had to ask the waitress for things like cutlery and napkins between courses. This is an area they need to improve on.
The food price on menu is 8/10. The food tasted good. The amount of seafood given is more than some other restaurants. Therefore I will give the food 9/10. Not really a bit fans for their desserts, but I am not here for their dessert anyway. On the other hand, I really like their prawn cake. I will go back for the prawn cake.

What can I say... they're food is absolutely amazing.
My wife had the Tom Yum Goong, I had the Beef Massaman Curry.
We haven't had such great thai food since being in Thailand on a holiday.
We'll be coming back on our way through again.

Both the service and food were excellent. While I had the Choo Chee Barramundi (generous helping and beautifully-weighted chilli in the sauce), herself and others at our table had the Duck Tamarind, as recommended by the host. We are generally NOT duck fanciers but I have to say that it was the best duck dish EVER! Great surrounds. We shall be back!
Best Thai food ever in Adelaide. I love Pad Thai in there, it very tasty. Best place for enjoying my weekend with my love one
