Service was extremely slow as they were busy. Mains were tasty, except steak overcooked (presented medium-well done instead of medium-rare). The desserts were nice but the cakes from the cabinet were a little stale. Overall it wasn't bad, but could definitely be improved upon
We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals today. He had his favourite, linguine marinara with chilli and rates it up with the very best he's ever had. Lots of seafood, a rich marinara sauce and his added chilli gave it even more punch and he loved it.
I had the duck and porcini mushroom rissotto, which was beautifully balanced, rich but not overly so. Our garlic bread was delicious too.
Perhaps coming at the change over between breakfast and lunch was difficult, as we weren't greeted politely, the wait staff were busy doing other things and overall, the service was a bit of a let down.
Hopefully this was just a bad day, as we would like to return to try other enticing meals on the extensive and diverse menu.
Service was fantastic, the girls were as accommodating as possible for us which made life so much easier with an infant! The menus on Zomato and the restaurants direct website are outdated so when we got there and realised the menus are different, they also got the chef to make the dishes that we saw online which added to their exceptional customer service. The pizza was delicious, the boscaiola was on point, and whoever’s playlist they had on has some great taste in music!
Seafood was cooked to perfection and the linguine was delicious 😋
Waiters were attentive and friendly; the ambience was warm and inviting.

We were recommended this restaurant and we were so happy with the whole night! The food was amazing, we all scraped our plates clean, and the wine was beautiful too. Would definitely pass on the recommendation.
Great service, excellent food. Accomodating staff. Not at all pretentious which was surprising considering the location! Reasonably priced.
Really yummy food, had breakfast bruschetta with bacon and side of eggs. Only reason not a four was because it was advertised as avocado pesto and I couldn't sense even smallest bit of avocado so think they forgot it. Green juice was nice, big breakfast was not as big as we are used to in Melbourne..
We went to Milan on Main at the recommendation of a colleague. Wow. What a great recommendation. The food choices were great.
We chose a range of share plates: Lemon Pepper Calamari with Merlot grapes, Harvey Bay scallops, Pork Belly Bites, Duck Tartlets, Sweet Potato Chips and Eggplant Rollatini. They were beautifully presented (see the photos of some of the dishes) and tasted fantastic. The flavour combinations were well thought through and performed excellently.
Deserts consisted of Chocolate Brownie and Vanilla Bean Panacotta ... Again beautifully presented and superb to taste.
The location, ambience and staff were all excellent. I would thoroughly recommend going to Milan on Main
Was really contented with the food. The Thai chicken pizza was really nice. We also ordered the gnocchi pasta spinach n cream it was decent. The staff was warm n friendly.

Service is magnificent, it was like clock work. Effortless.
Food was delicious. I recommend the breakfast bruschetta, and tucked into some amazing meals for dinner. The whole table was astonished at the quality and portion size of the meals. The seared scallops were breathtaking, I had a medium rare steak which was actually cooked to perfection. The whole evening was enhanced by the food.

Amazing! As a very picky eater, I love pepperoni pizza, and I got the salami and mushroom pizza and asked for it without the mushrooms, and they allowed customisation and the pizza was AMAZING. The servers are also very nice. Overall AMAZING place, I highly recommend.
Lovely staff, crazy fast kitchen, epic Italian food - and you actually feel good afterwards unlike many "Vegetta-Abusers" around

We had breakfast here on Sunday and it was absolutely delicious. Coffee was amazing and the staff were fantastic. We have had dinner here before and it was great too. Will definitely be back next time me stay at Main.
We walked off the street with no reservation, they were friendly and accommodating. The food was sensational and despite having 2 children whom can be picky eaters all plates were left clean. The Morton bay bug and prawn dish was fresh full of flavour and the seafood linguine delivered a balanced flavour of chilli, salt and sour.
We went for dinner. Wonderful staff. We took a bottle of Brunello we had been waiting to open and drink.
The food was lovely. The seafood linguine was superb.

Perfection. I could not fault our recent visit to Milan on Main; service, food and ambience was 10/10. A beautiful little gem in Main Beach. Will definitely be returning.
