A lovely little find today - enjoyed our lunch & now having some baguette & fromage de chèvre- Le Chabichou d’Anton bought from the cafe - delicious!!
Dad and I absolutely loved this cafe! Beautiful interior, very friendly service and authentic, delicious french food! The coffee was spot on too. We will both be coming back soon for more, the baguette's were positively scrumptious. Next time, we will have to try a cheese platter, it sounded divine <3
Have been here twice and both times, had the most amazing meals. The steak was to die for the first time and the second time, when everything around the area was closed and they were packing up, they started everything back up for a group of 8 of us. The owner and the chef cooked gnocchi and pizza that was for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. Definitely recommend this place!!
Had a wonderful meal at The Spotted Cow with another couple a few weeks back. Excellent friendly service, great selection of local wines, delicious food and a very comfortable ambience. The best flash fried calamari I've had since working in an Italian restaurant in Noosa many years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else now for a steak, just exquisite.
Very attentive staff. Friendly owner. Are in the process of changing the menu. All the food was great. The Sirloin steak was fantastic. Recommend you book.
Main course beautiful, service??? on table a lot to be desired and garlic bread disgusting. Surely they could serve better bread than bits of toast, some burnt. Coke in drinks was flat.
Had the open steak sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Setting and decor is very nice, and service was brilliant. Will definitely be coming back when in Maldon again.
