Had a long lunch here and really enjoyed it. Venue was quaint and service was friendly and attentive. The pork belly was quality, the Pate was excellent with the jam accompaniment. Chips were good. Prawn and big roll was a bit dry.
Beers were varied and I am sure would suit everyone’s taste
Overall a quite enjoyable experience
Pub Lunch with a view
Brouhaha is your typical quality micro brewery. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was tasty and delivered to the table quickly. The tasting paddle of 4 beers were as described, without any surprises that sometimes accompanies micro breweries. The exterior dining area has a typical Maleny view of the nearby hills. All in all it is exactly what I was hoping it would be!
Commitment to our passion for day drinking led us here for a Sunday seshe. Beer. Sunshine. Hanging out. Is there any better recipe?
Two beer paddles plus a separate raspberry ale thrown in (thanks guys!) covered the entire on tap range. A beer economy was negotiated within the group, with glasses being swapped & shared to accomodate everyone's tastes. Funny how we all got different flavour nuances from each brew...especially the more we drank. 🍻Every beer was a cracker but the raspberry suds universally emerged as the winner of the day. The organic apple cider was refreshing & not as carbonated as I'm used to...although my happy belches suggested definite bubble content. 😊
From the bar snacks menu we enjoyed the pork scratchings, baguette with truffle butter, beer battered chips w garlic aioli & baked goats cheese whilst taking in the chilled atmosphere of the large covered deck out back. 👍
Would visit again for more of the friendly hinterland hospitality, great craft beers & tasty fare. Cheers! 👌
Great location, with good beers and service.
Lovely family freindly vibe too
We had a seat on the deck and let the day slip by - was lovely way to spend the day
The ambience of Brouhaha is great, my husband and I had lunch here on Friday, it wasn't too busy and we chose to sit outside on the deck by ourselves which was lovely with the lights on and overlooking the trees. Staff were very attentive - offering to put the heaters on for us and regularly checking on us. We each really enjoyed our beers, I had the blonde ale from memory, and food was good too. I had the pork roll which I would definitely recommend, the crispy pork and fresh crunchy bread roll were top notch. My husband had the beef burger which was good but lacking a bit, and our only negative is that the chips with both meals were cut way too thickly and therefore not properly cooked - we couldn't even eat them. Aside from that though the experience was great, we would definitely recommend and look forward to returning on future visits to Maleny.
Having stumbled across this on Instagram, I had this place down on my to do list in Maleny. It was in the back streets in a strip of other businesses. From the outside it looks very unassuming, but inside is a wonderfully well decked out Microbrewery with rustic timber finishes, an inside dining area plus an outside covered balcony area to relax and soak up the view and enjoy a chat over an enjoyable beverage.
I decided on a Lemon Sour and hubby had the IPA! Both very enjoyable. Next time will enjoy a meal with our drink. The barman let us sample different brews to help us to make the right choice He was so knowledgeable and accomodating. We will definitely be back!
Would recommend going here for the nice patio space and casual beer. Outside seemed to be a good intimate space for groups. Enjoyed our tasting paddle ($14) with choice of 4 beers, which I thought was a good deal. Food a bit pricey, we enjoyed the bowl of sweet potato fries ($9) with beers so that was good! Service was friendly.
Pizzas are on point, plus they gave us a box to take the leftovers home in. Strawberry sour was fresh and delicious as well. Very glad we booked a table as it was absolutely packed! The waitress was still upbeat and friendly though, despite the busyness.
Great team! We had the AMG Social Club for South East Queensland car club have lunch there. Everyone was very happy with the meals and drinks. The staff were great with service. Will definitely be going back there! Doesn't look like much from the outside but it's what is behind the doors that counts!

Love that place
We had the 10 beer tasting was amazing
Great atmosphere to go as a couple family or friends
We didn’t have any food but looks so yummy
Would go back to have more beers and pizza next time
Nice view from the balcony
The Brouhaha brewery in Maleny is the best there is! My husband and i came across it when searching for a venue to hold our wedding reception at a little over a year ago. We came in to get some lunch, try the beer and check out the venue. We were sold! the food is incredible, the beer is out of this world, the staff are friendly and professional and the atmosphere is amazing and warm! We had been back a few times leading up to the wedding and then finally our big day came! The amazing staff did an incredible job of hosting our big night, they were professional, accommodating, so friendly and genuinely could not do enough for us! Our tables were set up so beautifully, we all had steak for dinner cooked to the PERFECT medium rare, and the beer was flowing ALL NIGHT LONG! When it came time to party, the music was cranked and everyone had so so much fun! our wedding day was amazing, and every single person who attended commended us on what an incredible venue we chose.
we want to thank all the amazing staff who organised our night for us and the incredible bar staff who had to put up with our drunk lot all night hahaha you were all incredible! We will come back time and time again!
Love Ed and Amy xxxx
Gets busy. So may pay to book if you plan to eat.
10 beers on tap. Yay. 3 of them sours. 😞. But that may be your thing. Oops And one cider.
Atmosphere is good and the other beer is quality
Been back again. Booked and had Lunch. Food was really good and staff were great.
Good fresh sours. Very friendly staff. Octopus was superbly done.
Burger was fine too.
Book in advance., Popular amongst the locals.
Not only is the beer fantastic (best brewery on the Sunshine Coast!!) both the staff and one of the owners were delightful.
Got a hands on education from an owner who happened to be sitting next to us as we tried their 10 beer mega paddle, showcasing their best beers. Also got to try a seasonal New England IPA which was so good we bought a couple to take home.
The service was quick, the atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing 👏. I went there after a visit to the gardens but the scenic drive to malaney would make the Brouhaha a great destination to drive too!
