Lilette - Malvern - Photo album

Friendly cafe couple owners. Authentic French pastries you would love it. They serve very good coffee too!
The staff here are so rude! The rules for eating here and where you can and can't sit are beyond ridiculous. Don't waste your time money or appetite. There are many more superior cafes nearby that welcome you and truly understand and extend warm hospitality and service.
It's difficult to explain how unpleasant the owner of this place is. I am a local who tries to support local businesses. I have unsuccessfully attempted to purchase good from her three times and each time she has placed conditions on my order. The final time (and the last time I will visit her premi
Arrogant & control freak. Rude staff, grossly overpriced and the food is average. Don’t waste your time, plenty of superior options on Glenferrie. Just have a read through the owner’s aggressive responses to other patrons. Many coffee shops in Malvern are better than you.
Careful with this place, the looks are good however you might be in for a terrible experience. They have an average coffee extremely overpriced but that's the least of it. The owner is extremely rude, has a terrible attitude you don't feel like a paying customer even though everything is overpriced.
Enjoyed the plum pastry with custard. A bit pricey in comparison to other french bakeries.
If I could give no stars, I would. I bought a pate baguette for $10 and added some tomato and cheese. I was informed by the assistant that cheese was $5.00 extra. In the end the sandwich and bottle of water cost $27.00!!! I went back to the car to eat it only to find the cheese was not in it. VE
There is nothing I love more than a café with great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and high quality French pastries made from love and hard work. This combination is hard to find, which is what makes Lilette so special. (The apple tarts are a must!)
