The Malvernvale Hotel is a great place to have dinner. The staff are very friendly and the food is nice. The bar meals are a good price and the hotel has great offers for members. I regularly eat at the Malvernvale and would recommend it as a fantastic place to meet for drinks or a meal.

We ordered 3 parmigiana, a fettuccini carbonara, a Moroccan chicken salad and a veal scallopini. With garlic bread and margarita pizza starters. It was very reasonably priced ($139). All was ready at the nominated time. And we were given two lovely bottles wine of our choice for free . We got it home All was exactly as ordered, still hot and all meals were delicious. Very well done.
love. Extremely friendly staff with a very large range of tap beers. Have not seen as many anywhere else. Ambience is very vibrant and relaxing. Great place for the family and an easy night out.
We love the Thursday $20 steak night and $13 Parma and pot deal! Been to Malvernvale hotel many times and never disppointed. Staff was prompt and friendly. Extensive bar food menu and better prices if order and dine at the sport bar.

Wow I really can't believe I have never reviewed Malvern Vale despite the many times I have eaten dinner here. Really nice place with some really good deals. Last night was $20 steak night so my boyfriend ordered the steak. On Monday's they have a really good deal on parmas. I usually eat their pastas or starters. They have recently introduced a new menu :) yay!! I am glad they have added some new things onto the menu since the menu was starting to get a bit stale since they had not changed it up in a while. They have a new pappardelle meatball dish that is very nice! I really want to try the chilli beef nachos here as well sometime.
They also have some nice wine - they have some cheap house wine but also some very nice sparkling wine. I would definitely recommend the Henry Lindeman's sparkling. On Monday's and Tuesday's you can get a free bottle of wine if you order two main meals - definitely a great deal and one that my boyfriend and I have taken advantage of many times! Their loyalty app is also very useful - after you gain enough points you can spend those points to buy drinks and food. It's not too difficult to build up points either.

On Monday nights the Malvern Vale does Parma Night with an assorted array of toppings for $15. I love the Mexican topping, which is a mixture of tomato, capsicum, olives, basil and mozzarella which makes my parmigiana just that little more extra special.
The food admittedly is nothing outstanding, but for something filling and low-key this place is the way to go. Thursday Nights are also $20 Steak Nights, which are not bad, however if you're anything like my partner and like your steaks rare and juicy, maybe don't set your hopes high.
I tend to visit this hotel on week nights, where I know I can expect a quick, affordable no-fuss meal with a cheap glass of Rothbury Estate wine to wash it down.
The Malvern Vale is our local place to go for dinner when we feel like a pub meal. The menu's probably a little up on your classic local - think chips served in a basket - and a bit more pricey. But when we feel like the easy-going, no fuss, pub kinda meal that's what we know we'll get at The Vale.
Ate here Sat night of Anzac Day weekend. Not very busy in the restaurant at 7:30pm, a nice surprise, easy to get a good table. Service was excellent, friendly, plenty of staff on. Didn't have to wait long for our meals. Parma never disappoints - good amount of chips and salad was fresh. Others had Atlantic Salmon and Chicken Wrap. Both were happy. Always a good place for a reliable meal.
Nice food and reasonable prices for the amount and quality you get. Was here attending a workshop in the function room upstairs and they bring the meals upstairs (for those who have ordered) to us at lunchtime which is great. The soup of the day came in a huge bowl (it seemed like canned to me though) and they also included bread and butter. Not bad for $6! Other people's meals also looked really good. The ambience downstairs is quite relaxing which seems perfect to have a few drinks and grab a bite.

Great steak. Came here for an early dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised.
I had their scotch fillet (medium rare) and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had their beef burgundy pie and it was tasty too!
Will definitely go back to the place to try their Monday parma night.
