Wow!! What a view!! Service was fantastic and the food was spot on!! Highly recommend this place for a special night out or to just spoil yourself and someone special! Will most definitely be going back 💯%

My husband and I had dinner here earlier for our wedding anniversary, what an amazing night we had! The location is spectacular and food is awesome. The costumer service from Crystal is truly a 5 star! My husband's pasta was a bit salty, Crystal relayed it to the chef and they've made him another one which taste awesome! My crayfish taste super nice and fresh! We definitely recommend this restaurant!

A little pricy, but the food is worth it and the table service very professional asking with a balcony table - very enjoyable

Having visited just about every fine dining experience in Mandurah I have to say, RedManna is still my favourite . Amazing menu/food and service was brilliant. Try it out, fantastic location too.

A very nice and calming location for lunch. The food was impeccable coming from someone who doesn’t typically enjoy seafood and the service was efficient. Staff were also very patient and very helpful. Overall, one of the best restaurants for seafood.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. All the way from Donnybrook. Faultless from the welcome, to the seating, food, drinks and leaving. It is not often you come across a venue like this one with such attentive staff, who are not in your face but are there just enough to ensure you have everything you need. I wanted to have an evening to remember in a place completely new to both my wife and I. To say they met every expectation I had would be an understatement. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. We had a sensational evening with exceptional food. To top it off, the kitchen staff wished us a happy anniversary in their own way which was a wonderful touch. Total warm fuzzy moment! Do yourself a favour, if you haven't tried them yet, just do it.

This restaurant is very highly rated. We are new to Mandurah so our first visit. The food was excellent however the service not so much. Our reservation was for 7pm and we arrived on time. After being seated about ten minutes later a waitress asked if we were ready to order (haven't ordered drinks yet). Advised yes, waitress said she'd be right back and promptly disappeared. About another 15 mins and the waitress arrived to pull around the wind screens, again are we ready to order!!! Advised yes and could we order some wine. Finally about 7.40 pm, 45 mins after we arrived our order was taken - that's too long a wait. We know good food takes time but after almost finishing the first bottle of wine the starters arrived. And so it went with long delays between courses and vanishing waitresses. We do not like to rush our food and normally like a little rest between courses but in this instance it was way too long.

Absolutely love the different cuisines Redmanna offers! Ive been dining here for years and everytime i do, im still impressed! Theres never been a bad meal here. Highly recommend you come by and try! Thanks for always treating me like a Queen in your restaurant!

I had the yummiest Bucket of Crabs … excellent food and great service with lovely views of the water. Would definitely recommend this place for a leisurely lunch !

We have been here 3 or 4 times before and had really good food but this time we were very disappointed. Our mains were really over cooked and the quality of the meat and seafood was very poor. The beef on the $49 red manna combination was a small peice of minute steak, the scallops on my husbands starter were small and chewy and seemed like they had been frozen not fresh. Such a shame, it seems this restaurant has gone downhill in the last few years. We won't be back.

Enjoyed a delicious family lunch. Attentive service, yummy food, sweets to die for and a happy birthday surprise for the Birthday Girl. (Extensive drinks menu too.) Thank You

TO DIE FOR!!! So good at lunch we went back for dinner.... Can highly recommend based on service, food and.views. Plenty of options for the travelling coeliac and happy to accommodate where necessary!

Lovely lunch lovely setting... The seafood platter & belly pork were delicious! Definitely worth a visit.
Tahlia Naughton
Great service and nice seating from the balcony but the seafood tower is ridiculously overpriced and nothing entirely special. Would recommend but only if you're prepared to drop a bit of coin.
Graham Berry
I expected good things from this place but I left a bit disappointed. Other tables around us were getting served quickly, we on the other hand seem to be forgotten about and it took a while to get our order taken. The meals were small in portion and a tad overpriced for what they were, the meat was also tuff.

The best gnocchi I've ever had. And I've been to Italy! Service was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend

Its my favorite place to dine. Good food and atmosphere where the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Second time going to the red manna and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious, lovely view, service was good, and as it was our anniversary they did a little some thing special for us! Thanks for a wonderful night out :)

Lunch was good. I had the duck breast and partners order the mixed of kangaroo, pork lamb and beef. Waitress was nice to inform the chef of changing the beef to pork as requested. Ambience and views are superb.

My partner & I went out to the water front restaurant last night for dinner & the food was awesome steak melted in the mouth recommended go there .

What a great night! Food was fantastic and prompt, service was excellent, attentive and friendly, atmosphere and view was lovely, and the surprise for our anniversary and birthday celebrations on our dessert platter was a lovely touch!! Thank you Red Manna. Definitely be back!

Entree prawn and scallops were quite small, and I think its a bit pricey for the portion, especially the scallops (only 3 tiny pieces). <br/>Prawn was ok, with coconut rice was nice. <br/>Lobster was good, came with mash potato which was so so. <br/>Duck with chocholate sauce, the combo works, and duck was cooked well. <br/>Desserts was the highlight, especially the granita, sticky date pudding and creme brulee. We had the desserts sample so we tried them all.<br/>Overall they are lots of choices near by, so don't think I'll go back for the price. ^_^

I ordered the goldband snapper but i got deep fried snapper however they fixed it. The wait was too long for our food. The entree came after the main and i found hair in the food. Later the staff said it was not hair but didn't say what it was. The price for the portion size served was too small. I was still hungry after the meal. Never going back again.
Gulilovesfood
Amazing view from the balcony, steaks were great and service as well. The barramundi wasn’t good, tasted more like salmon and the stuff around it was all mushy as well as croutons added. Would’ve preferred some veggies or something instead. The potato gratin was a bit dry and the happy birthday plate was simply just ice cream, but overall we enjoyed it thanks to the steak. Very overpriced.

A second visit (First was Jan, 2019) proved to be another wonderful dining experience. Thanks to an email advertising the arrival of a new head chef, and good timing that saw us stopping for a visit in Pinjarra again, we booked dinner here on Monday night. <br/>A warm, friendly welcome always sets the mood well for a good night, and thanks to our young and helpful waitress, we were escorted to our table. The wine list is very good, with loads of by the glass options, which usually suits us perfectly, however we decided to share a bottle of Rose from the local Peel region, and it’s perfect. <br/>After checking out the dessert options, we save ourselves for them, and opt for the sourdough and dips option to share between three, and then order salmon, kangaroo and sirloin steak, with sides of sweet potato fries, asparagus, and stemmed veges. It’s a nice touch offering 2 sizes of salmon fillet as it can be very filling and suddenly it’s an effort to finish off. I was tossing up between the pork belly with scallops and the kangaroo dish. After sensing my dilemma, our host suggested the kangaroo, and I was very pleased with the dish - just the right amount of gamey-ness (if that’s a word!), cooked to medium rare perfection, it was tender and full of flavour, complimented with a tasty jus and red wine reduction. Sadly, I didn’t get a chance to taste the other dishes, but I am assured they were both outstanding. The sides were all spot on too. The baked chocolate and orange tart, was a pretty, deconstructed dish, and tasted great to me, especially if you managed to get a selection of the components on the same spoon. Companions were not overly impressed with this idea, preferring a jaffa flavour in one hit - ‘courses for horses’ as they say.<br/>The trio of ice cream that I ordered went well with the dessert, and we were filled and content at the end of the night. Including the bottle of wine at $36, our bill came to a reasonable $216. My only other comment would be that the selection of entrees are quite expensive at around $24, and didn’t encourage us to try and squeeze them in at that price.
Gerard Street
Extraordinarily good. Lovely dishes and excellent service! Thank you.<br/><br/>Salmon tartare was zesty and a lovely opener. The real test is Kangaroo - tender. Nailed it!<br/><br/>As for dessert, mmmmm... I'm coming again!<br/><br/>:-)<br/><br/>Compliments to the Chef and the gracious and attentive wait-staff.
Lunarcry
Went for the seafood tower to share between the two of us. Not all the seafood were fresh, some of the components tasted a bit bland, yet others too salty. Certainly not worth the price for such standards. I enjoyed the desserts more than the main.

A missed opportunity which I am sure can do better.<br/><br/>Arriving on time, we were refused the front, water view tables because "they are booked".  We arrived at 630pm.  No one sat in those tables until 730pm, including a couple of later arrivals who took the place of earlier departures.  Instead we had to suggest a different table because initially we were going to be seated in the far rear corner.  Not the best welcome.<br/><br/>The staff were ok.  But the lack of genuine hospitality never washes well over me.  The pitch was robotic.  The delivery forced.<br/><br/>The food was good, but lacked real punch for my tastes.  The seafood tower we debated as other tables had it, but chose against it based on the breakdown of cost and taste - it is visually spectacular but overpriced compared to what we saw on the menu.<br/><br/>We were seated at a table for 4 pax - so don't be so damn silly as to place the food tower (because you cannot carry 3 plates) right between the only two guests on the table.  Complete lack of caring on behalf of the waitress.<br/><br/>The oysters seemed absurdly priced.  The sambucca prawns had no hint of the aniseed we were chasing.  The chicken pate was the standout.  The pork belly and calamari has been done better by most restaurants.<br/><br/>All in all a great spot, a good menu, and a great destination to visit.  However with tourist prices and average service we left underwhelmed.
Ieat2much
We were there for Father’s Day as We made a reservation and paid in advance and we got seated in the corner far from the window with the ocean view, disappointing. The waitresses were nice and the food was great, tad bit pricey but that’s expected. The strawberry dessert was too sweet. The stand out dish was the pork entrée!

Looking for a place to dine with great views? Then come and check out the Red Manna in Mandurah. It overlooks the waterfront where you can stare out on a beautiful day and watch boats and jet skis go by and occasionally you may be lucky enough to spot a dolphin or two! <br/><br/>This beautiful waterfront restaurant has recently added a few new vegan options on their menu....and Ive tried them all. <br/><br/>What I Love about their Vegan options is that a lot of thought has gone into creating them. Its not just your standard 'salad' with the 'cheese' removed. <br/><br/>The food is beautifully presented and definitely worthy of an Instagram photo or two and whats even better is that they have a Vegan Dessert on their menu....which is mouthwateringly delicious for even carnivores!<br/><br/>Heres what I ordered ;-<br/><br/>The Tofu Stack can be ordered as a main or entree, but this here is a Main Course portion. I Struggled to get through this after having one of their side salads as an entree as I wanted to go for something refreshing. <br/><br/>- Beautifully presented <br/>- A burst of different flavours <br/>- Wholesome <br/>- Reasonably Priced $<br/><br/>They also make a really good scotch and soda here too...even tho I did ask for no straw!!<br/><br/>I ordered thE STUFFED CABBAGE Leaves on a previous occasion as a main course and it was full of flavour. It went really well with the bottle of red wine I consumed :D<br/><br/>Saving the best till last - The Vegan Coconut Panacotta with fairy floss. It looks as impressive as it tastes.<br/><br/>Overall I really like it here, its good value for money if you are ordering the Vegan food.
Alicia
Let’s just say you get what you pay for. A pricey meal but well worth the visit. Every dish was delicious, I had the red snapper and I loved it even though I am not a seafood person, and the red velvet cake topped with fairy floss was amazing to look at as well as eat. 10/10 yum and will visit again for a special occasion.

This is a very beautiful restaurant with some nice views. The staff were great and it was all perfect. But... yes there is a but. The food has been hit and miss and it seems its not the presentation thats an issue but the flavours of some dishes just didnt compliment each other too well. The duck dish we had was freaking great but the pink snapper not so much. Same with the deserts. The chocolate overload was wow but the coconut panacota was average (both very omg/wow on presentation) weve been here a few times now and this has been consistant with all dishes on the current menu.<br/><br/>Ill definitely be back again but please step back reassess. Ill even make a suggestion use your black truffle with the snapper.

My mum took us here when we were visiting over the Christmas period. They appeared to have skeleton staff on and whilst one waitress was lovely and went out of her way to serve everyone, the other waitress just looked at her nails and played dumb. I had the cured salmon for entree (nobody else got an entree) and it was very tasty. Would recommend. The four of us also shared some baked bread- it came out as hot bread rolls and whilst my brother and I loved it, Mum and the Boy thought they tasted like scones. Depends whether or not you enjoy the sweet taste, I suppose. Mum and the boy had the veal medallions- they both said that the prosciutto made the dish too salty, but they raved about the risotto. Bro had the duck and loved it. I had the crayfish. I had asked if they could replace the Mornay sauce with garlic butter as I’ve recently started becoming ill when I eat cheese (it’s awful and I hate my life right now). The waitress said that was fine. However, it came out and, at first I was too busy talking to notice, but the crayfish was definitely covered in cheese. I didn’t say anything cos god, cheese is amazing and it was delicious, but I spent the rest of the night with a very upset tummy. But these things happen. Also had the strawberry basil swizzle as a cocktail- amazing! My bro and I were the only ones that had dessert- he had ice cream and I had the sticky date pudding. The sticky date was lovely! So rich and decadent. Worth a visit.

Who doesnt love a seafood platter!! We had a lovely dining experience, and had a beautifully fresh seafood platter. My favorite was the fresh cooked blue manna crab.
Jjjhappyeater
Really average considering the price.<br/>Only saving grace really is the view. If you're going to charge top dollar, it should be special with impeccable service. Not average food with very average service.<br/>Please either lower your prices, or up the quality!
Natalie Helen Baker
Nice place but overpriced. The chicken was so dry. The lamb two ways was ok but again really dry. Would not return and pay those prices for food that can be had at many better places in Mandurah. Shame because it was our 1st anniversary
E.D.
Simply a good spot, good food and service, better than most in Perth.<br/><br/>Even the basics like chicken breast is done well, we had a group of 10 and all complimented the food.
Tertius Nell
Having had lunch there today....what an absolute disappointment. The portions were so small and no "wow" factor at all, but worst of all was the ridiculous prizes that they charge for sub standard food. A group of people that came in left as soon as they have looked at the menu. When asked why are they leaving before even ordered, they commented on the prizes. When will restaurants realize that customers do not mind to pay, but then they expect value and quality. Will certainly not recommend or visit this restaurant again ever.
Ma Teddy
Very disappointing. The service was terrible and our waiter was very cocky !! We were being rushed the whole night !!!<br/>The food was not nice and very expensive, it was not what was listed on the menu!! I won't be rushing back there!!!! Probably never !!<br/>

I just rang to make a booking as we will be going to Mandurah on the weekend. As my sister is in a wheelchair, I enquired about disability access. The lady said that there is a double staircase at the front of the restaurant and there is no access for a person in a wheelchair. This is an absolute disgrace!

My favourite was the sticky pork, the eye fillet in the share platter was cooked to perfection but I wasn't crazy about the pork medallion, 'twas a bit dry for my liking. The chickpea chips were interesting. Service was very attentive and precessional. I'll surely come back to try that seafood tower next week.
Michelle
Red manna is one of my favorite places to eat seafood. They make the best lobster Mornay, and their oysters are always so fresh and tasty! The service here is great, and I keep coming back even though I live in Perth. And if you tell them It's your birthday or anniversary they'd surprise you with a sparkly candle!
Food Fanatic
My meal was veal at about $50 - I eat veal quite a lot and this was dark meat. Baby beef at best, it was tough and I had to leave most of the meat. Was a bit like flank steak. It was supposed to come with potato gratin- there was literally 1 sliver of potato on the plate about an inch square, not a single other piece of potato on top. Although most of the meat was left on the plate and you could actually see it was tough I wasn't asked if the meal was ok. Not a word about it. This is not how a professional restaurant should be operating. My husband had waygu at about $85, supposedly with mash and pea purée- there was a teaspoon of potato and the peas were non existent, the meat was very dry. They started cleaning up around us at 10.00pm and then all the staff sat round in a circle having drinks. Again really unprofessional. You will get a much better meal, especially the steak, and better service for half the price at Murphy's Irish Pub.<br/><br/>

Had a nice family birthday dinner here last night. Really great, attentive service by the 'barman'. Good quality food and presentation; a really enjoyable evening.

In brief: high prices for well below average food - you're paying for the location. $140 for 2 beers, 1 entree, 2 mains and a salad. Average service.<br/><br/>Detailed:<br/>Went for a Monday (4/7/16) dinner. Was greeted by an unused refrigerator at the top of the stairs, and David Bowie (Space Odyssey), blaring from the overheard speakers. The copious amount of awards in the waiting area gave me high expectations of the evening ahead. <br/><br/>Shown to our table promptly and given menu's, with drink and food orders taken. (The 70's and 80's music continued throughout the dinner service). <br/><br/>For entree, $26 Scallops and Prawns in a corn "soup". Scallops nicely done but prawns were over-cooked and rubbery. Corn soup was bland and lacked flavour and required seasoning (did the cook taste it? - note I use the word "cook" and not chef).<br/><br/>For mains: Duck Breast, Tempura seafood and the pear salad. <br/><br/>$43 Duck Breast: Duck was over-cooked and tough, with most of it unable to be eaten and left on the plate. (Wait Staff didn't question as to why). <br/><br/>$40 Tempura Seafood: Dish consisted of 2 small pieces of fish, 2 small pieces of squid, 2 prawns, 2 onion rings, 2 pieces of carrot and 2 pieces of zucchini, all basically deep fried in what tasted like old oil and thick batter. The 1980's style side salad was drapped in a spicy dressing and contained inedible bean sprouts (BTW side salad could not eaten due to the dressing and the sprouts). All "tempura" items were saturated with oil, leaving a puddle on the wooden serving plate. Four items couldn't be eaten due to oil content. Could get better value from a pub bistro. <br/><br/>$11 Pear Salad (and $20 worth of bottled beers) were the only items enjoyed.<br/><br/>Didn't stay for dessert. Was still hungry after leaving, so we went down the road to Warung Ade Indonesian restaurant. (Refer review under Warung Ade Indonesian restaurant).

This restaurant is situated at a lovely location on the eastern foreshore of Mandurah. Food are on the pricey side. My hubby had the Redmanna Combination, which had 4 taster size serves of pork medallion and scallop, kangaroo, lamb and wagyu fillet. I had the butterfields sirloin & prawns. Hubby liked his main, however, I had a well done sirloin which I wanted it medium. Even after they replaced my well done sirloin, the next one that came out was still medium-well and quite tough and chewy. Maybe I should of had a seafood main instead. Don't think we are in a hurry to return though.
Laurence
My Wife and I had a very enjoyable lunch at the Redmanna Restaurant today, arrived a little early it didn't matter they were quick to get us settled and take our drinks and food order, the meals we ordered was devine having all the fine qualities of presentation, taste and the service was first class and always with an inviting smile. Well Done to the management, chef and wait staff. A big thank you, we'll be back again soon!!

Was here recently for lunch. Admittedly the food was pretty good, the sousvide pork belly was very well done. However, portion sizes varied enormously, some being massive, some tiny, all as entrees.<br/>Creme brulee a little disappointing & slight grainy & if I had been paying on that occasion,I'd have requested a replacement.<br/>The pricing on the a la carte was outrageous as well!<br/>I would be expecting Michelin standard food (which I've had in UK and Europe) for those prices.<br/>The way the menu is written is also pompous and patronizing.
Fiona M
We recently had a family dinner here. The dips and bread were good with the 3 dips varied and the bread fresh. The pork belly was the stand out entree but everyone was happy with theirs. I had the steak which I thought was ok but not as good as I'd hoped. The chicken was lovely too. Cold drinks and good views so it was still a great night.
John Sturdivant
Very good fish, very average mac & cheese. Good beer selection. Friendly service. However, they wouldn't let me sit at any of the open tables on the balcony (there were many) because I was alone. Instead, they gave me a seat inside that looked right out onto those empty tables on the balcony my entire meal.

Absolutely fantastic. <br/>Service is good. Bathrooms are good. View is lovely. Come early to see the sun set. <br/>Four people tried four different meals. All were very good. <br/>Come and try. It is a must in Mandurah.

The food could not have been any better ! The portions were great, service was fantastic and the dishes all had great distinct flavours featured in all of them... My husband I loved this place... we will definitely come back when we come back to Mandurah
Manda Burden
The service here was impeccable. The food here was lovely, we both had the pork belly. Would definitely come again. Dessert was delicious.

Enjoyed a superb dinner at Red Manna. One of the best restaurant meals we've ever enjoyed! Top class ambience, service and cuisine. Great wine list too featuring both WA and interstate wines.<br/><br/>Highly recommended and we'll certainly be back.
Love Eating Out
Looking for somewhere nice to eat on a Monday lunch time in Mandurah is a constant struggle, and so we decided to try the Red Manna with the $20 lunch specials.Mum and I both ordered the pork belly, and we were so glad we did - it was amazing.  We also ordered the pear salad, but we probably didn't really need to as the pork had a small amount of greens with it. The pork was sooo tender, and the crackling was great.  The vinaigrette on the pear salad was delicious. The service was great, the staff were very friendly.  It was rather busy for a Monday which was nice.Definitely recommend and we will definitely return to try the other lunch specials (although the pork will be hard to beat!)

We had heard good things about this restaurant and while it didn't completely disappoint it didn't quite hit the mark we were looking for. For entree i had the 'seafood 4 ways' with the pork belly stealing the show and making me want to change my main. As for the oyster, i can't really comment as they are not high on my priority list. The fish cake was ok but nothing write home about and the prawns didn't deliver at all since they were overcooked.<br/><br/>The Boss Lady had the eggplant haloumi and thorughly enjoyed it for her entree.<br/><br/>For mains i had the 'lamb duo' and it certainly hit the mark combined with the side order of creamy truffle mash which was devine.<br/><br/>The Boss Lady had the 'Red Manna Combination' and thought it was ok but not something she would order again.<br/><br/>All in all was nice experience but certainly not the greatest when it came to out taste buds and hip pocket.<br/><br/>The staff and venue were lovely although perhaps next time a dish is not available the waiter can advise you when being seated so as not to be disappointed when you finally go to order, as was the case with the 'Duck Prosciutto Salad. 20/6/15

Great choice. Very good choice this restaurant. The staff are great and professional. The menu was wide and had many choices that I would go back many times to eat. The sauce on the Lobster Thermodor was really wonderful. And for a chocolate mouse fanatic, it was one of best I have had. Highley recommend that.... Location in summer, sitting outside on the balcony is worth revisiting. Only slight negative, restaurant lighting was not good. To bright....
Kerry
Amazing! Came here with my.... Amazing! <br/>Came here with my boyfriend for our anniversary, couldn't have asked for a better view, food or service. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic!. Delicious food, little no to wait time, staff were super friendly and didnt miss a beat, and the view is gorgeous. Highly recommended, just fantastic.

Always a treat!. Hubby and I had another brilliant night at Red Manna...the food is fantastic, the staff are polite, well trained and attentive and the location superb. We are yet to find fault with this place, keep up the great work.

Service. I cannot believe the accolades this place has ! We had dinner there and the services was terrible to be kind . The food average and expensive . Don't bother going I say

Another great experience. Took wife, mother and daughter for daughters birthday. Although expensive we knew that this would be the case. However I was prepared to pay for quality and that's exactly what we got. The seafood combination was delicious and beautifully presented. The mains of duck breast, Waygu beef two ways, veal medallions and lamb rack was very tasty and also well presented. The staff were very attentive and when they heard it was our daughters birthday made appropriate comments and provided complimentary birthday dessert. All in all a great experience and to be recommended, but be prepared to pay.

I love the Red Manna !!. I have enjoyed many meals at this restaurant and every experience has been a delight. When dining at the Red Manna you have a dining experience. Many restaurants in Mandurah serve food but this is one of very few that offer a delightful dining experience. The food is beautifully cooked and presented and you really do get what you pay for. Five Stars from me.

Not for us. Great location.<br/>Expensive food.<br/><br/>Wife had bones and scales in her fish fillet, response from the manager was "its a fish that's what you get".<br/><br/>For the price , no that's not what you should get.

Lovely views. Friendly staff. Good food. Decent dunnies.

Good food, good service, good ambience - a little dear.. The setting by the water in Mandurah is very pleasant. The entrance is impressive with many, many plate awards on display and the walk up the stairs on lovely plush carpet into the well-appointed dining area builds anticipation for something special.<br/><br/>We were able to enjoy the view from a window seat and watch the setting sun.<br/><br/>Our wait staff were all very helpful and friendly and did a great job. They are a credit to the team.<br/>The four of us shared the Seafood Tower at $145. The taste sensations were divine. We all agreed that it was delicious. But it still left a big appetite for what was to follow.<br/><br/>For mains three of us had an entrée Wagyu Beef Carpaccio at $26.90 with Creamy Manjimup Truffle Mash Potato at $9.50 on the side. We all asked for the same combination and this was confirmed, but there was a mix up and only two sides of the mashed potato were served. Never mind – we shared. It was all delicious.<br/><br/>The fourth member of our party went for the mains Wagyu beef at $69.90. The serving was a bit on the small side for the price – he took a share of the mashed potato as well! <br/><br/>We all still had ample room for dessert, and at around $14.00 each the desserts represented the best value on the menu. They were all beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed.<br/><br/>With just one bottle of wine at around $40, the bill came to over $430 – which, despite us all having had an enjoyable night, leaves a bit of a sting in relation to the serving sizes on the plates.<br/><br/>So we went away with two lasting memories: lovely food in a lovely setting conducive to an intimate dining experience – and a hefty bill that larger serving sizes could probably have excused.

Fine Dining. Although pricey and the entrees are only seafood, the meals are fresh and flavors are executed amazingly.<br/>The main menu has a range of meats, I had the duck breast and it was to die for!<br/>Great location overlooking the estuary, warm and enjoyable dining, staff are very friendly and attentive.
Kittie
Amazing food. Went there last night for my birthday and shared the wagyu beef for entree which had interesting flavors. The seafood tower was really good. I enjoyed everything in it, in particular the kilkenny oysters, clams, squid rings and octopus and smoked salmon. Really appreciated how everything had its own delicious flavour opposed to being all cooked the same way. The dessert tasting plate was to die for and enjoyed it with a nice cup of tea. This was definitely the best food I've had in ages and will be thinking about it for a long time! Service and atmosphere was also excellent.
Alex
Fantastic meal. Very complex flavours. Great attentive waitress with excellent knowledge of the menu and wines. Definatley going back!! Worth the $$$$

Excellent.. Me and the Mrs dined at Red Manna on Tuesday 9th.<br/><br/>We have recently relocated to Mandurah and treated her to a night out.<br/><br/>Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.<br/><br/>All entrees, mains and deserts were well presented and fresh, I'm very picky with my crayfish and had the pre determined outlook at being dis-appointed as have been many times before at other so called seafood restaurants, I was happily proved wrong.<br/><br/>The Mrs had the panfried barramundi which was also fantastic, a dessert tasting platter, New York cheesecake and coffee topped off a fantastic meal.<br/><br/>Was shocked to see my favourite beer also on the menu, Ferals Hop Hog.<br/><br/>Even though the waitress said she was new, you would have never known.<br/><br/>Will defiantly be back soon.

What a night out should be.. Food was amazing. It is high priced, but if you want quality you have to pay for it. The Staff we brilliant. we had a 2 and 3 yr old with us and they were great with the kids. The Salmon I had was probably the best I've ever eaten. makes me hungry thinking about it again. If you want a lovely evening with a great view and friendly staff serving great food head the Red Manna.

Fresh Seafood. Haven't been here for quite a while, still missed their seafood tower.<br/>It's a place for seafood. The entree seafood bouillabaisse was not the best I had but out of my expectation.<br/>The fishes we had, salmon and barramundi were all cooked well. However, overall all three dishes were a bit salty to my palate.<br/>The service this time was outstanding. Please keep it up !

Dissapointed. Way too expensive the the food quality offered. The positives: The staff was very attentive and the views over the river were beautiful, unfortunately the meat was overcooked (we asked for medium-rear), the fish was overcooked, and the dessert was overwhelmingly sweet. When you pay $250+ for two you expect quality, and this was not up to the standards.<br/>Definitely not going again.

Excellent. The Rock Pool chef could and should take a leaf out of the Redmanna's <br/>Chefs menu . The service was lovely staff very polite and friendly.<br/>The variety on the menu was great and the food we chose was stunning in presentation, flavour and overall taste. <br/>Thanks for a beautiful meal . <br/>Ingrid and Richard Longley

Reply to Bad Manners.. Teagan,<br/><br/>I'm sorry you did not get your balcony table, unfortunately we do bookout Saturday night well in advance, your reservation was only booked on Friday afternoon and some tables had already booked weeks and months in advance. You were booked on a inside table, but, we did try to accommodate your request of a balcony table which was unfortunately already booked. The best we could do was offer you a table on the balcony but we did need it back in 1 hour after you arrived.<br/>You where more than welcome to stay as long as you wished on the table inside as we do not push our guest out.<br/><br/>I will not tolerate the behavior you displayed in my restaurant. At no point did my staff, myself or our guests deserve to hear such a loud outburst, you left everyone around filling awkward and uncomfortable.<br/><br/>Perhaps next time you should stop and think about the things that you doing and saying before acting.<br/><br/>I wish you all the very best in the near future,<br/>Jason Hutchen<br/>Owner/Chef<br/>Redmanna Waterfront Restaurant.

Mind your manners. Looking forward to a birthday dinner and my god the service was nothing beyond disgusting. Making a booking a day ahead and booking a out side table then to turn up saying we can sit out side however we need to be gone within the hour. After dining a number of times before to turn up and be faced with this was extremely disappointing. What a shame the chefs once again suffer from bad front of house service Jason the floor manager was nothing but a smug arrogant smartass. Even the waitress was a complete fumbling unpleasant rude person, what has customer service really come to these days? When spending a minimum of $200 on a meal for two people to be greeted and treated like that is nothing but a disgrace. Giving this restaurant has such a good rap the service is horrible not to mention the safety factor of their steps inside not even highlighted in dark areas just goes to show how they really care for their paying patrons. If making a choice to dine in this restaurant be prepared for amazing food but lack of service to the point it's uncomfortable. Paying for good food is no problem but no one should be paying for bad manners

Very disappointing!. I went there with a group of 10 people for a friends birthday last night and was extremely disappointed in the night. To start off with it would have taken about half an hour for someone to come and take our order for drinks which took a further 20 minutes to come out. For our starters it took another 45 minutes for a waitress to come and take our orders and a further 40 minutes to receive the food. My partner and I had ordered the Turkish bread with a trio of dips which tasted like store bought bread and pre made dips. We ordered starters and main together so after we finished our starters it was a further 1 and 1/4'hours to receive our main which by then it was 9pm and no one was really in the mood anymore to eat. I had ordered the barramundi and my partner ordered the snapper with Morton bay bug. We were not very impressed with either meal. My fish was meant to have crispy skin and it didn't, the prawns tasted like pre cooked, frozen prawns and for my partners meal the Morton bay bugs were dry, tough and nasty. He couldn't get them out of the shell and they tasted like they were pre cooked and frozen as well as have been sitting there in a warmer to dry out even more. Looking around the table a few of the other men had reef and beef and there steak was tiny, tough and chewy and the prawns also tasted like they were pre cooked and frozen. For the prices you pay I expect it to be a 5* restaurant and It defiantly wasn't. I will not be going back there in a hurry and won't be recommending it! Having dined at Beluga restaurant I know what I should be getting when paying those prices and the Red Manna fell very short of this. Although they appeared to be understaffed I don't believe that should affect the food quality at those prices.

At last a restaurant in Mandurah that I want to go back to. My daughter and I went for the lunch special and we couldn't fault anything. The food was excellent, spot on service all with a great view of the estuary. Can't wait to return!

Fab meal and service. Husband and I dined there last night, St Paddys Day, for our wedding anniversary.Started with the Turkish bread, hot n buttery, beautiful dip, waitress got me the recipe from the chef, yay! I had the Red Manna Combination and he had Sirloin and garlic cray. Both meals cooked to perfection. No complaints whatsoever. First time diners, usually go to Murphys and the like, so was a treat to lash out so much on a meal ($70 for the cray meal) but was so yum. Then we had the Combination dessert.. wow.. get that if you cannot choose.. couldn't finish it, was a little of lots.. hubby was in choccy heaven.. followed by mocha coffee, creamy and yum.. Service was more than excellent.. overall a fantastic dining experience, wonderful venue for Mandurah, excellent chef.. Will be most definitely back!

Staff fantastic and attentive, chili mussels not on the menu, but chef was kind enough to organize, they were very nice and the sauce was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Valentines Dinner. Took my wife to Mandurah for the Valentine's weekend and had dinner on the Friday night at Red Manna. A delicious set menu with quality produce, excellent service and good value for money. Excellent work guys.

Best restaurant in mandurah !. Brilliant service, beautiful food and the view is tops... Service was the best we have found for a long long time...
Jo
Food was amazing. Service wonderful, very efficient friendly knowledgable. Nothing too much trouble, really felt looked after by 2 waitstaff. <br/>Entree taste platter was divine. Especially the pork. Mains delectable. Shared desert platter a perfect taste of everything. Faves crime brûlée and panacotta. Thank you for a lovely night out

Never again. What a terrible experience our family had at this restaurant on Saturday night. <br/><br/>We had only eaten here once before a few years ago and thought we would return, well what a mistake from the time we walked in to the time we left a hour later. <br/><br/>First we were told how many sittings they had on our table for the night, which straight away you are made to feel like you need to eat and run. <br/><br/>We ordered our food and drinks, food arrived not in good time. My husband and I ordered the seafood tower which have had on our previous visit. Now for a $145.00 you would think you would be getting quality, well it was really awful. All the seafood was frozen then defrosted so it was plated to us with no taste and very watery. Chilli mussels cold, prawns served cold in a disgusting creamy sauce. No worth the money at all. <br/><br/>Staff very rude and in your face. Not a pleasant dinner at all, will never return or recommend.

Amazing. My mum and I were in Mandurah and decided to have a bite to eat. Found ourselves near here and thought we would share two entrees. Had no idea about the place - but wow! I do now. Every mouthful was incredible. I would not think of myself as a 'foodie' but as I described each mouthful I suddenly was, I got what 'those people' were talking about. It was quite an experience and despite it now being 2 weeks since we were there, Im still constantly thinking about it. I can't wait to return. And the young staff were brilliant - not something I can usually say about any South West service business. Brilliant.
Famof05
We ate there last night and it was amazing. Service was perfect, staff were there but not there, the food was cooked perfectly and every mouthful we both had was amazing. We followed up with sweets, the tasting plate which was just beautiful. Highly recommended .

Came for lunch for wedding anniversary. Can not fault this place. Service was fantastic, food was amazing and the view was great.

I celebrated my 60th birthday at this venue my friends couldn't have picked a nicer place the food was great the service was fantastic the was two things that could be improved byo wine only and the 2 tier tasting platter for 4 people only had 3 of everything we worked it out it was still a great experience

Very impressed. Took my sister inlaw from Sydney here the other night and she was as impressed as my husband and I. I had the carpaccio of Wagyu beef for starter and then an entree pork belly dish. Both were fabulous. Hubby and inlaw had the garlic prawn entree and entree pork belly dish as main also. We all agreed that we had made fabulous choices. <br/>Although this restaurant is pricier than other in Mandurah, the quality of the food, service and wine ( a bit pricey) was excellent. <br/>If you are worried about the prices but want to enjoy the quality of this food. Order starter and entree or entree and entree. It surely filled us up. We will be back. <br/>Lunches here are great value!

Fantastic (& vego options!). I took my boyfriend to Red Manna for his birthday lunch, not having been before, and was happily surprised!<br/>Right from the moment we walked in the service was amazing- we were well looked after throughout the meal. The view, decor and atmosphere were really lovely too- made the lunch feel special!<br/>Although somewhat pricey, it was nice to see three vegetarian options for mains. My partner ordered the linguine (~$24), which had a delicious creamy sauce and tasted fresh, and I had the vegetable stack (~$29), which was also quite nice, although probably not worth the price. We also tried a side of truffle mashed potato, which was nice too.<br/>At the end of our meal my partner was surprised with a birthday dessert- a lovely touch!<br/><br/>I would definitely recommend Red Manna for special occasions, especially for the fantastic service, views, atmosphere, and the food (yay, vego!).
Maree.tejano
Honey moonshiners. The food was good, however nothing special, not worth the price you pay. My boyfriend ordered the Dhu fish and I had the salmon. My meal was well cooked and presented. The salmon was wrapped it pastry which I thought was unusual and tasted good. My boyfriend found a scale in his fish, which was terrible. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. although I wouldn't go to this restaurant again.
KS
Great service and gorgeous views<br/><br/>But... Extremely over priced and portion is tiny. Food didn't taste nice and seafood aren't very fresh.<br/><br/>Wouldn't come back as there are better restaurants (minus the gorgeous view) with good prices and awesome food.<br/>Sorry

Delicious Food!. Lunch for 7, 21st July 2014. I loved the diverse food and wine menu. Food was delicious! Wine menu great! Go the Faber if you like Red. Crayfish and Pork Belly to die for. View of water delightful. Wait staff super attentive. Cheered up our birthday gal with a sparkler desert! Well done to team Manner I would go back. Decor odd, and pricey but well worth a visit! Kate the foodie...

First time I have been here since it changed hands, I'd rather go to perth. The food was lovely but it's def a resturant in Mandurah. It doesn't offer anything diff from all other resturants in this area other than it's price, if u gonna pay go to perth, will b more worth it. We had dinner-waitress was very average, polite enough tho, needs to up the presentation level. Communication for the online booking was poor. I would go back but I def would choose to go somewhere else first.

Well well well what can I say..... But expensive, terrible service but a great view, food average at best

Best restaurant for service and food in Mandurah. We had a work dinner last Friday night at Red Manna. The service was spot on and the food amazing. We will definitely be going back.<br/><br/>Most restaurants in Mandurah are putting chairs on tables at 9.00pm and sometimes earlier and letting you know that they want to go home.<br/><br/>None of that here and it is so refreshing.
Mick
Consistent. We dine here all the time and are always happy. Great food and great views! Whether it be risotto, cray, rabbit ravioli or red velvet cake everything is always delightful.
Sharon
Had a meal at the red manna tonight ... ordered the cray & steak ! the meal was cold :( sent it back waited for probably 20 min for another meal app .. was served again with the same dry cray with the same dry cheese on top :( the cray was dry with mornay sauce it was disgusting ! I don't mind paying $70 for a meal as long as it is nice ... sorry red manna will never be going back .. plus what a rip off with the wine list ! I will make sure to pass this info on .. I know you didn't charge me for the meal , but you didn't offer anything either .. overpriced for everything .. although the staff you really nice :)
Colin Pearce
Fabulous from start to finish. Our first visit here and wow. The food, service and estuary views were to die for. Would we come here again ? You bet.
Hungry_lad
Missed the mark !. The premier fish and seafood restaurant in the best location in Mandurah. Service was 10/10 but the food let it down.<br/><br/>How is it that they are able to offer frozen crayfish to customers, that is watery and mushy. No texture, no flavour just plain terrible. Old stock ?? Re-frozen seafood??<br/><br/>Thanks but no thanks - not at that price or any price.
RealFoodRel
Absolutely fabulous. Great choice on menu, contemporary and quality produce. Attentive staff but not in your face. Perfect timing between courses. Lovely view. Love that have tasting plates for mains and dessert. Most amazing Red Velvet Cake and Pannacotta. Great wine list. Reasonable price for awesome food and experience. 9/10 would go back again and again
Linda
NOT UP TO STANDARD. I went to lunch with my daughters. We were given good service by the waitress, however, the food was definately not up to standard. The meal we ordered had "mashie" peas. Thinking a restaurant of this supposed reputation would use fresh produce we didn't expect it when we got grainy, chalky mashed split peas on our meal! We ordered the dessert tasting tower. It looked nice with assorted morsels of dessert. Unfortunatly on trying each type we were extremely disappointed. The little bit of velvet cake was not fresh, the chocolate mousse was solid and stoggy not light and fluffy, the panna cotta was solid with gelatin, the slither of white chocolate cheesecake was grainy and had a soggy base and the chinese spoon of creme brulee had a soft sugar coating...no cracking! The only nice thing on this expensive dessert platter was a small amount of sticky date pudding which was lovely.<br/>Overall, very disappointing considering it is meant to be Mandurah's upmarket restaurant. Come on Red Manna....step it up a bit and revamp your food!!! We want to have a great restaurant in Mandurah and you are not meeting the mark at all, especially since your menu is very expensive - then we expect to get something special for the price. This is unfortunately my second poor dining experience at this restaurant. It is a beautiful setting so would like to see it updated in environment and food!

Best meal on our WA trip!

Went to Red Manna for 40th wedding aniversary but very disappointed<br/>Waited 20 mins for drink service<br/>When ordering the soufle I asked how long would it take (as soufle normally takes up to 25 mins) was told about 20 mins - it arrived in 7 mins and looked and tasted like it was out of a box and microwaved and when I informed the waitress it was only luke warm she said "sorry about that sweetie" and kept walking<br/>My husbands garlic bread was so stale it was inedible<br/>I decided to have the Dufish (even though over priced at $48} but was told it was'nt available so I decided on the snapper - when it arrived to the table<br/>it was anemic looking and was so overcook it tasted like leather<br/>When we were ready to settle the bill I was almost charged the same price for the snapper as the dufish and upon questioning the difference in the type of fish why shoud I pay the dufish price and requested to see the owner who came over appoligised for the pricing error and reduced the price for the snapper by $9 and informed us he had "forgotten to tell the staff"<br/>This is the first time I have reviewed a restauant and I did because if I am paying to go to a top resaurant all the conponments should be professional from customer service to food and decor and I am so sick of getting ripped off and my night out being spoilt <br/>My husband and I go out at least 3 times a week and we will pay for good food and service but I will never go to the Red Manna again
Charles Manning
Great food but decor needs upgrade, thanks for good service.

My partner and I went to Red Manna for his birthday. I was VERY impressed. <br/>The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive - our glasses were never empty, food was brought and cleared promptly and we felt very welcome. The highlight of the evening - when a casual conversation at the beginning of the night lead to our waitress Courtney bringing our dessert with a sparkler and "happy birthday" in chocolate sauce on the plate! <br/>The seafood tower we ordered for the main included delicious seafood - oysters are not our thing and were not touched, but the cray fish (de-shelled!), crab, prawns - both cold and plain and hot in a sweet buttery sauce, delightfully seasoned salt and pepper squid, battered fish and chilli mussels - all utter bliss. In addition the side salad with mustard dressing and the aforementioned red velvet cake with cream cheese icing for dessert were delicious also<br/>$245 is pricey but the food and staff make it worthwhile
Leigh
Excellent. Beautiful setting and fantastic food , the staff were so friendly and really new their stuff lovely place if i was being picky it was a tad hot in the main room and next time if in summer would book out side table but all in all a great place will defiantly go again and would recommend it to friends
Charles Fox
There must have been a problem in the kitchen. We arrived at 630, entrees came in good time but the main came at 830. If there is a problem they should say. Such a pity About the wait because the food was first class.
Carl-lea Claire
I goto this restaurant all the time, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. My favourite dish would have to be the sambucca prawns! They are absolutely amazing !! The dessert taste plate is excellent to share with samples of almost every dessert on the menus and at a pretty decent price. I will continue to come to this restaurant as I believe it is one of the best I have EVER been too.

Disappointing evening here. Myself & my girlfriend called in on en route from Margaret River to Perth.<br/>We both started with Seafood Chowder which was quite tasty but over priced @ $25 for a small bowl.<br/>My main of duck fillet with duck pâté & chocolate mousse was awful. The waitress warned that it would be medium rare, which I was happy with, however it arrived very well done, chewy & quite tasteless. The pâté was fine but I didn't really enjoy the pâté/mousse combo.<br/>My partner had pork/scallop main which was bland & the pork dry.<br/><br/>The staff were pleasant, the wine list average, beer selection poor & in general way overpriced for the quality.
Jack Slevin
Only place to eat in Mandurah. Dont bother looking anywhere else, they are all crap. Pay the extra money and enjoy the view. At least you will get some good food.
FullStop Yum Yum
Great Night. Came here last Friday for my partners birthday, had placed a reservation a week or so earlier and asked for a window seat. We arrived 10 minutes early and were asked to sit at the bar... The restaurant was full. We were very soon seated but unfortunately not by a window. That was the only disappointment. My partner and I shared the oysters 6 ways they were fantastic and very fresh. I had the duck, sweet potato mash with truffle and white chocolate olive oil this dish was beautiful. My partner had a craving for crayfish so he had the sirloin and Cray. He said the sirloin was cooked perfectly. The staff were attentive... a great night and would defiantly return.
Skeggles
Fine dining prices with suspect food quality. had a nice piece of soggy and tepid frozen fish and they forgot to complete my partners order and offered a really lame excuse as if we weren't used to eating good quality. thoroughly disappointed and actually offended at the manageress hoity toity attitude. <br/><br/>i will never go back and i actively let people know of my opinion.

Best dining experience I've ever had. Absolutely wonderful night, the food was great, the service was excellent, both girls that served us were bubbley and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Can't wait to come back

Great Meal/Service & View !. My partner & I recently went here for the first time to celebrate our 8 Year Aniversary.<br/>We were very pleased with the service, the food & the view was beautiful.<br/>We had the below meals <br/> Entree of Pork Belly & Scallops<br/>Mains of Pink Snapper & Wagyu Beef <br/>Dessert taste platter. A Tower of of Tasty treats enough for 2 or 3 people <br/>I wanted to write this review as the whole expierence was excellent & I highly recommend it espically to celebrate a special event like we did.

Hello People,<br/> My wife held her 40th Birthday at the Red Manna for abour 25 of our friends. We had no negitive comments from our friends about the food or service that the staff provided. It was a fantasic setting for the small function. We could not have been more happy with the night.<br/><br/>The options for the meals provided by the chef were very pleasing.<br/><br/>Once again I would like to thank the staff as they were very professional but friendly at the same time<br/><br/>Cheers <br/><br/>Leigh

Take it all in..!. What a place to take in a beautiful day overlooking the water. Greeted with a smile, great start. Promptly asked for drinks. Coronas came perfectly chilled....now we're talking. Ordered the Pork with Scallops for entree, great sized portion and tasted like OMG. Was then asked if we would like another round of Coronas....wow..staff trained in service 101, why cant waitresses always be this attentive?<br/>Main was Duo Lamb. At $42, my expectations were high based on price but after leaving nothing behind on the plate, hats off to the chef..... outstanding.<br/>Before being offered dessert the smiling waitress asked again for another round. Pinch me please... Well Done!!!<br/>Great food, crisp coronas and service with a smile. An all round fantastic lunch dining experience.

Mandurah's premier restaurant. Have eaten at red manna many times and never been disappointed. It is the most impressive restaurant in mandurah. Best wine list and a la carte menu in town. The head chef owns the place so what more needs to be said! Handicap or mobility impaired persons cannot eat here as the only entrance is a stairwell.
Tash8888
Such good food. Really happy with our dinner and service. Definite musts - 6way oysters, 2-way fillet steak and the dessert platter.
Hungry Veggie
Impressive service. I was very nervous at going to a seafood restaurant (or so I thought!) being vegetarian I wasnt sure I would find anything on the menu... I was wrong... and will be back.... I had options!<br/>Not only do they have a wide range of seafood they have all sorts of options for the meat lover too.<br/>The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with a great view over the water, the staff are impeccable with their service, and the food was very tasty. Husband enjoyed pork belly and scollops for a starter followed with duck for his mains, no complaints was cooked to his liking. I had the vege stack for mains which was very tasty.<br/>And deserts.... mmmmmmm go check it out!!<br/>If I was to say anything negative, could do with little touch up on the paint... other than that fantastic!
Michelle Dekker
What can I say other than ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! <br/>My partner & I celebrated my birthday at the Red Manna last night, the meals, service (especially our waitress Ange) and ambiance were FANTASTIC! <br/>I would highly recommend to start off with the Oysters and Pork & Scallops, followed by Redmanna Combo and finished with Death by Chocolate! <br/>Thank you to all staff involved who made this experience one to remember :o)
Jessica
Best food in Mandurah!. If you are looking for great food and a relaxing atmosphere Redmanna is the best restaurant. My husband and I always get great service and food. The Monet cray is to die for and the dessert taste platter is delicious! They have a great selection of wine and we always try something new! Staff is friendly and personable, all in all great restaurant!
Chrystal Smith
Amazing!. Had the best experience tonight with the best 3 course we have ever experienced! Perfectly cooked steak and increadable sauce with the chicken! Ordering the taster plate for dessert is a must! White chocolate cheesecake was my favorite part! Great service, location and the best meal we have ever had! Worth every penny!

Excellent cuisine and service.. OUR FIRST VISIT TO THE REDMANNA BUT DEFINITELY NOT OUR LAST !<br/>We enjoyed a delightful meal, beatifully prepared and presented by very pleasant and attentive staff. The menu may appear a little expensive at first sight, but wait until your food arrives - it's worth every cent !<br/>Delicious food - great service - comfortable and friendly.<br/>Greatly recommended !

The Best in Mandurah!. For my partners birthday we went to Redmanna Waterfront restaurant, along with two of our friends. May I just say that EVERYTHING from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere was perfect! For staters I had the pork and scallops, the pork was beautiful! soft and flavoursome it just melted in your mouth! For mains I had the Redmanna combination, the meat was cooked to perfection and not a fault to be found. For dessert, two of us had the white chocolate cheesecake, it was soooo good that one of my friends ordered a second on top of everything else he had ate that night.<br/>This was not the first time we had been to Redmanna and just like the time before our experiance there was wounerfull! It is easy to see why they continue to be finalists in the golden plate awards as their food is the best I have ever had! Timing was great, service FANTATIC and food IMPECCABLE!

Good but not special. Good food, good service, but a pretty bitty ambience. Was there at night, and seated at the back of the room (why? It was less than half full) so didn't get to see anything of the outside view, and the inside did not excite. Servings seemed small (although the huge plates crowded our tiny table), but was surprisingly satisfied. Fishcakes were bland, but no complaints otherwise, just wasn't particularly excited by any dish. Overall, felt that the menu was a bit pretentious and overpriced for what was delivered. Not exciting enough to go back.

Fantastic Service, delicious food. This was the second time I have been to Redmanna. Both times I have been thoroughly impressed. The service is kind, friendly and attentive. I had the Barramundi and it was divine! The only down fall is the interior leaves a little to be desired but the view more than makes up for it!<br/>Highly recommended!

Soul food :). My partner and I went there for a late sunday lunch on a very miserable day. We had the crab cake and prawn starter to share, it was perfectly cooked. I have a pet hate for over cooked seafood but no here! For mains, I had the barramundi and Cajun prawns which was to die for. The salad was extra crispy considering the fish was served atop, clearly no pre-made generic salads served, much to my delight. My partner had the snapper which was, again perfection. For dessert it was the sticky date pudding with caramel and butterscotch sauce, for me, the creme brule. I can't comment on the pudding as my partner wouldn't share....a good sign, and the brule was excellent (no burnt sugar and morish vanilla bean custard). Overall, surprisingly delicious food that brightened up a miserable wet day out, highly recommended.

Bad value. We went for dinner the other night expecting a reasonable meal given the hype about the Red Manna as Gold Plate dinning in Mandurah.<br/>Far from it, My Pink Snapper was one of the worst meals I have had in recent years. the fish was mushy and bland on mashed potato with a smear of sauce i could not taste. At $39.90 you would expect good produce cooked by a professional. To me it was a frozen fish from god knows where. My wife had "Barramundi" with scales as a side and a fishbone as well.<br/>The only good point was the desert at $14 for Creme Brulee that was tasty and looked very pleasing on the plate.<br/>Overall pretty disappointed and we have had far better meals at small suburban restaurants for half the price.<br/>The service staff are friendly and attentive.<br/>Wonder what Tourists think of this place?

A delight.... Went there for lunch yesterday (Sunday 26 June 2011) and had a hard time choosing from the lovely menu offerings. The menu is up there with almost any other seafood restaurant in Perth, plus the non-seafood options look lovely also. I chose a whole crayfish which I had half-half mornay and thermidore, and my wife chose the snapper on mash, both of which were flawlessly executed. Speaking to my crayfish, it was perfectly accentuated in both sauces, with neither overpowering the extremely sweet crayfish. The mornay sauce was subtle and not too cheesy so as to overpower other flavours, the thermidore was just mustardy enough (is mustardy a word...?) to contrast with the cray, cest magnifique! We were too full for dessert, having just driven up from a full breakfast in a Margaret River B&B, but will definitely be returning soon.
Jonas
Fine dining prices but unfortunately the service and decor don't measure up. Friends had pork medallions and scallops which were very good. The vege tart was overpowered by the tomato and beetroot unfortunately.
Gemma McDonnell
Awesome. We went for the fixed valentines day menu which was pricey but worth it! Beautiful views and atmosphere with exceptional service :)
Jack
Amazing views, pricey but VERY tasty. Portions look decieving at first because the food is so well presented but you'll be full before you know it leaving you satisfied without feeling stuffed! We ordered the grilled chicken on creamy mushroom risotto and the pork medallions with potato and Scallops - both very classy and tasty. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely a1. The three tired seafood platter was fresh, tasty and filling and combined with a White awesome

This was a completely gluttonous night! But there were no regrets when we handed over the card to pay for our extensive (and expensive) meal. Red Manna is a fabulous restaurant, to be enjoyed sparingly. <br/>
Queen Of Bad Timing
When we get to Redmanna it's in a great location. Sitting right on the waterfront to a gorgeous barely rippling body of liquid, it's the ideal view for a nice seafood (and other) themed lunch.
