I whiled away a delightful late afternoon/early evening at Manly Wine on Saturday May 21 watching the surfers and watching the sunshine change to twilight. Had a plate of a half dozen oysters (yum!) followed by Yamba prawns a la plancha, with chipotle, garlic butter, and bread for mopping up the sauce (delish!). Followed by a spectacular botrytised Semillon desert wine from Glenguin Estate in the Hunter Valley that was to die for! Great service and great recommendations on the menu and the wine.
We've had a wonderful 2 visits here while staying in Manly! The wine list is extensive even by the glass and they offer a carafe or bottle. The view is breath taking, nothing obstructing the beach but a few pine trees and people to observe. The staff, especially Shane, were lovely, entertaining, friendly and knowledgeable (Shane's wine knowledge was amazing - ask him for a suggestion). We'd definitely come back!

Rocking up in our exercise gear at this all-white, beach shack-of-a-wine bar, my friend and I were WAY underdressed. But, after relaxing into a bar stool and ordering a selection of seafood to share we stopped caring.
Although, looking around Manly Wine, we did have to wonder whether we’d missed the ‘no men allowed’ sign on the front door. There was not a male specimen in sight.
While there might be no men, there is lobster roll! Not the best LR I’ve had in my life, but any place that has wine in its name deserves forgiveness.
Came here for lunch with colleagues. The food selection is quite variable and everything looks good on the menu.
We got chicken wings and salt and pepper squid to start. The salt and pepper squid was nice, loved the pickles that comes with the chicken wings. Tiny wings but if you like spice, it's great.
Got a lobster roll. It was decadent and very delicious. The serving may look small, but it was actually quite filling. Would definitely prefer fries over crisps. love the potatoes in the lobster filling.
Got beer. Kosciusko Pale Ale was good if you like something light.
Went here for a friend's birthday and we pretty much ordered half the menu and each dish was amazing! Except for the fries. I don't get why they would use the skinny McDonald's fries instead of thick cut fries. You end up getting this bowl with thin fries and it looks a lot to get through and unappealing. Apart from that I loved everything else. Even their drinks were on point! I had the red sangria and so glad that it was not watered down unlike most places. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely come back. I am a happy girl.
With magnificent views over Manly beach, this is the best place for a fun summer lunch! We just happened to arrive when they were having a Chandon promotion and we were asked if we would like to enjoy some complimentary seafood and Blue and White bottles of chilled Chandon sparkling. Wow! With a classic take on the Hamptons beach house one could not fall in love with the chilled out vibe of this place. When we finally got around to ordering of course we had more oysters and prawns! The beef dishes are also great with Black Angus steaks straight off the grill! Shoestring fries with ketchup and a summer tomato salad was a good addition to the meal. This is what dining in Sydney's northern beaches is all about. Mmm!
Spinach and mushroom mini pies were AMAZING! So good. Other food ranged from okay to decent, but the pie was the true standout. The view was also amazing, located across from the beach so you get that picturesque backdrop along with the lovely cool sea breeze while you drown yourself in beer and wine.
Whenever I visit Manly I get the exhilarating feeling of being on a holiday in my own city, whether it is snorkelling off Shelly beach, strolling down the bustling main street, or simply sitting by the beach and watching the world go by. On a warm sunny evening, I found myself seated by the window in Manly Wine, sipping a glass of Yarra Valley Sparkling – a perfect place to watch the roaring waves relentlessly pounding the golden beach.
One of my favourite spots in Manly. Turning from trendy local coffee hangout in the morning, to one of the sexiest date places in all of Sydney. Service is always spot on, wine list is vast and food is always beautifully presented. Enjoy.
Manly Wine is a casual cafe, restaurant and wine bar situated on South Steyne directly overlooking Manly Beach, it’s a bustling venue and has a nice alfresco section for the warmer months. The venue serves up a great selection of food including a good selection of seafood and an extensive drinks menu.
We were a group of 6 hungry people who happened to stay at the Sebel next door. Service was prompt and friendly, and we managed to get seated in the pink flamingo room! We opted for some dishes from the menu and a couple of specials, everything tasted great. The restaurant also offers great selections of wine, it shows by how merry we were by the end of the night. Awesome place!
A menu displaying imagination for delicious and healthy food and drink. Her Majesty the Coffee Nazi enjoyed her beverage. A great ambiance and location. Misses out on 5 stars because there aren't enough servers and it's pricey.
Quirky place for lunch.
90s music brunch was good but the music was way too loud. Like you needed to shout at each other to be heard.
Food was good. Beef cheek and Gyoza probably the highlights.
The cocktails were excellent. Best of those Espresso Martini.
Just need to turn volume down a couple of notches.
I would recommend. Food is good and staff attentive. If you are looking for some cocktails and Asian food by the beach, this is the place. A 21st birthday Karaoke and Hens party while we were there which tells me it may not be the place for a quiet and intimate evening.

What a truly epic Sunday lunch that I nearly missed, sitting at home in my own world, editing videos when Raf calls "see you in half an hour, on the ferry to Manly," completely forget and my calendar failed to send a reminder, whoops. 🤣😱🤣
That is how a sensational 3.5hr lunch started - and there was no dinner, we ate so much indulging at LPB which is a renovated (everything) Manly Wine. They have spruced it up to a marvellous Hampton's meets Manly Beach styled beach venue - I just adored the fitout - epic paintings from Kristyna Dostalova and surf pics from Stop Motion and faux flowers everywhere. They have also done extensive training with the staff and it shows, the service was exceptional. ✅❤️✅
First off the cocktails are INSANE - highly recommend starting with a Strawberry Yuzu Sour, could have drunk that all arvo but a nice bottle of Chardy was min order!! 🍷🍹

Surprisingly the Cauliflower was my favourite dish, closely followed by the dumplings, but the time we got to mains we were so full, but the duck was epic and bloody hot!!
We celebrated a friends birthday here and had an incredible time. We were lucky to have the large group table and shared a set menu - the food was all very delicious, amazing cocktails and all very good value. The service was flawless - the manager was extremely attentive and we had lovely waiters and waitresses throughout the night. Indi and one of the other waitresses serving our table beforehand were standout. All in all a really great night - great food and great venue!
Sliders, Chili Chicken were amazing!
Noodles were good, beef was good. Poached Chicken Papaya Slaw was good but would try the other one next time.
Definitely coming back!
This place is awesome. A real hidden gem in Manly. We went for the Brunch with Soul Saturday brunch event today for a friend’s birthday and me and my friends can’t stop talking about it and have been going through the videos and photos from today. The entertainment was unreal. So much fun! The whole place was singing and dancing. The singers were so good. The food is simply delicious as were the cheeky (bottomless) cocktails. Staff were friendly and the location is pristine with stunning views of the beach. We will be back. We are already planning another brunch visit. Highly recommend. Thank you!
I took my parents for dinner to Little Pearl. The experience was a memorable one.
We ordered all snacks and smalls to share, our favourite was the fried chicken and the coconut prawns, they were delicious!! Never tried so many different flavours all in the same menu. Complements to the chef!
The service was lovely and attentive at all times. And the view from our table was incredible.
We had a lovely night. 100% recommended.
