I whiled away a delightful late afternoon/early evening at Manly Wine on Saturday May 21 watching the surfers and watching the sunshine change to twilight. Had a plate of a half dozen oysters (yum!) followed by Yamba prawns a la plancha, with chipotle, garlic butter, and bread for mopping up the sauce (delish!). Followed by a spectacular botrytised Semillon desert wine from Glenguin Estate in the Hunter Valley that was to die for! Great service and great recommendations on the menu and the wine.
We've had a wonderful 2 visits here while staying in Manly! The wine list is extensive even by the glass and they offer a carafe or bottle. The view is breath taking, nothing obstructing the beach but a few pine trees and people to observe. The staff, especially Shane, were lovely, entertaining, friendly and knowledgeable (Shane's wine knowledge was amazing - ask him for a suggestion). We'd definitely come back!
Lovely atmosphere, loved the groovy jazzy music, great view of the beach. I loved how they had a separate spot on the menu for vegetarian and vegan food, so we didn't have to look for it. Plus lots of good vegie options, for once I wasn't stuck with roasted pumpkin salad. Lovely staff, vey nice and caring.
The only thing that sucks is that we can't be there for Funky Friday! Would have loved that!

What a fabulous Melbourne Cup lunch ! Perfect atmosphere super friendly staff the food was so delicious and to top it that chocolate brownie and deconstructed key lime pie was to die for � Thankyou we'll be back next year.

I booked the Mother's Day lunch for my Mum and I (it was also my birthday). On arrival, we were seated with a beautiful view overlooking the beach and given a la carte menus. I mentioned we had booked the Mother's Day Special and he told us the price, then what was included. I stopped him before telling her the surprise gift at the end as I didn't want her to know until the end. I was a bit disappointed that she knew the price. But that's where my disappointment ended. The seafood basket was fresh, varied and sumptuous. It matched perfectly well with the champagne and was finished off with a dazzling display of a shared dessert. I asked for the dessert to go as we needed to meet another family engagement however they surprised me with a dessert and candle in honour of my birthday. I forgot to ask for the surprise gift (a bouquet of flowers) but we didn't need it. We had dessert to share with our other relatives and some lovely memories from our attentive experience thanks to the team at Manly Wine. Thanks for hosting us on such a special day.

Rocking up in our exercise gear at this all-white, beach shack-of-a-wine bar, my friend and I were WAY underdressed. But, after relaxing into a bar stool and ordering a selection of seafood to share we stopped caring.
Although, looking around Manly Wine, we did have to wonder whether we’d missed the ‘no men allowed’ sign on the front door. There was not a male specimen in sight.
While there might be no men, there is lobster roll! Not the best LR I’ve had in my life, but any place that has wine in its name deserves forgiveness.
Came here for lunch with colleagues. The food selection is quite variable and everything looks good on the menu.
We got chicken wings and salt and pepper squid to start. The salt and pepper squid was nice, loved the pickles that comes with the chicken wings. Tiny wings but if you like spice, it's great.
Got a lobster roll. It was decadent and very delicious. The serving may look small, but it was actually quite filling. Would definitely prefer fries over crisps. love the potatoes in the lobster filling.
Got beer. Kosciusko Pale Ale was good if you like something light.
Went here for a friend's birthday and we pretty much ordered half the menu and each dish was amazing! Except for the fries. I don't get why they would use the skinny McDonald's fries instead of thick cut fries. You end up getting this bowl with thin fries and it looks a lot to get through and unappealing. Apart from that I loved everything else. Even their drinks were on point! I had the red sangria and so glad that it was not watered down unlike most places. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely come back. I am a happy girl.
With magnificent views over Manly beach, this is the best place for a fun summer lunch! We just happened to arrive when they were having a Chandon promotion and we were asked if we would like to enjoy some complimentary seafood and Blue and White bottles of chilled Chandon sparkling. Wow! With a classic take on the Hamptons beach house one could not fall in love with the chilled out vibe of this place. When we finally got around to ordering of course we had more oysters and prawns! The beef dishes are also great with Black Angus steaks straight off the grill! Shoestring fries with ketchup and a summer tomato salad was a good addition to the meal. This is what dining in Sydney's northern beaches is all about. Mmm!
Spinach and mushroom mini pies were AMAZING! So good. Other food ranged from okay to decent, but the pie was the true standout. The view was also amazing, located across from the beach so you get that picturesque backdrop along with the lovely cool sea breeze while you drown yourself in beer and wine.

One of my favourite spots in Manly. Turning from trendy local coffee hangout in the morning, to one of the sexiest date places in all of Sydney. Service is always spot on, wine list is vast and food is always beautifully presented. Enjoy.
Manly Wine is a casual cafe, restaurant and wine bar situated on South Steyne directly overlooking Manly Beach, it’s a bustling venue and has a nice alfresco section for the warmer months. The venue serves up a great selection of food including a good selection of seafood and an extensive drinks menu.
We were a group of 6 hungry people who happened to stay at the Sebel next door. Service was prompt and friendly, and we managed to get seated in the pink flamingo room! We opted for some dishes from the menu and a couple of specials, everything tasted great. The restaurant also offers great selections of wine, it shows by how merry we were by the end of the night. Awesome place!

As the heat of summer fades a glimmer of hope remains at this beach side beauty. Open since 2009, Manly Wine has become the go-to destination for locals looking for everything from their morning takeaway coffee fix to a long lunch spot with friends, to a place for laid-back dinners. No matter what season it is, Manly Wine makes you feel like its Summer all year round with their wide array of fresh fare from both earth and sea.
I personally love it here, the decor is great, ambience is nice and intimate, food is great but a bit pricey. Service is wildly average and so much so that we had to go to the bar and ask for someone to come to our table after waiting 20 minutes for a drink menu. Again no apologies, very abrupt, never asked if we wanted more drinks, etc. Again, to the bar to pay since she ignored us the whole time, which is a shame because it is one of those places that you would probably tip at, if you had good service!
Mind you, inside looked comfortable too. There were lots of different spaces to sit inside – an element very common with Key Stone venues. And along the biggest wall holds a wine wrack that James Halliday would be impressed with.
The main area also plays host to a dining area or you can even hire out the giant bird cage – a circular-seated cushioned affair big enough to fit 20, on the left as you look in from the front door.

What could be better than a beautiful meal with a beautiful view? Manly Wine is the latest offering from the Gazebo group, on South Steyne just metres from the beach.
I love this place - the general manager Tom is amazing and the staff make you feel like you've come home. I had forgotten how awesome Manly Wine was until I made the mistake of going to ribs and rumps instead. If you want luxury at a reasonable price. Come Here - the staff are world class.
One of the best bars I have being too. When in Sydney for a girls weekend away we were treated so wonderfully by all the staff. The manager was fabulous suggesting other local eats and bars. Just what visitors needed. Made our trip. The "Yes Please" passionfruit cocktail is a must!! A+++ 5/5
The place looked nice on the inside and the food was very good. It was busy and therefore took forever to get a waitress at our table. Service was very polite once they arrived. The music was too loud as was the place in general. I would recommend it if you can hear very well in loud environments or are keen to experiment with your audible thresholds. I have rated it as "liked it" overall despite all of my whining because I suppose the pros outweighs the cons.
Mixed Feelings but Food was pretty good. We went on a recommendation and Fridays turned out to be a good day with $15 (regular $20) jugs all day long. We preferred the white sangria rather than the red which had an unexpected clove taste going on--just not our preference. The views are lovely but when sitting in the middle section, one person/side gets super comfy bench seats filled with pillows, while the other side gets hard iron chairs which were nice to look at but not as comfy. We only ordered mains and while I felt they were a little overpriced, it turned out the portions were just enough and pretty tasty. The cons of my crab, bug, and prawn spaghettini were that it had little crab and only 1 prawn :/ My partner's steak frites were tasty but nothing special, should have come with aoli or blue cheese dip at least. Nice spot, decent food, decent service...try it for yourself if in the area!
A gem hidden from sight.. Tucked away from view, in the heart of busy Manly, is a real gem.
On a sunny day warm day, Manly is bustling with Sydneysiders and tourists alike, all competing for a small patch of sand in which to camp for the day.
The Fish & Chip shops and small cafes are working over time trying to cater for the masses.
Manly Wine is the complete opposite. Even when busy, there's no rush, no bustle, no noise.
The menu is fantastic, food superb, staff are efficient and smiley and the Sangria is to die for!

Great Night out. Manly wine is a great place for dinner. Although I feel that was because we spent more as a bigger table.
Dinner for 12 people on a Saturday night. The waiter made a point of knowing the name of the person having the birthday. The food was fantastic, and the wine list was great.
The opening wines (by the bottle) started at around $40 which was a bit steep for the offering on that end of the menu, but up towards the middle and the end the wine list was really fair. The sangria was crap and went down well, which is a good way to finish off the night rather than start it.
The crowd can be a bit pretentious later on in the night, but if you carry on from dinner, and keep you table going this is not too much of an issue. There was also a great set of music playing that was loud, but not so loud you could not talk.
We did have a lot of trouble with getting anything from the bar, so while this is a great venue, you better off here for dinner, and as a group.

MY absolute favourite venue during winter as the menu is to die for! Mulled wie, chicken pie and apple crumble (manly wine style) all feature in my list of loves at Manly wine - unfortunately none of which feature on the summer menu whichade me struggle slightly as they have also made adjustments to the salt roasted chicken :-( will eagerly wait until the winter menu is reintroduced before I return again! Unreal views though and really Geordie staff!

90s music brunch was good but the music was way too loud. Like you needed to shout at each other to be heard.

I would recommend. Food is good and staff attentive. If you are looking for some cocktails and Asian food by the beach, this is the place. A 21st birthday Karaoke and Hens party while we were there which tells me it may not be the place for a quiet and intimate evening.

What a truly epic Sunday lunch that I nearly missed, sitting at home in my own world, editing videos when Raf calls "see you in half an hour, on the ferry to Manly," completely forget and my calendar failed to send a reminder, whoops. 🤣😱🤣
That is how a sensational 3.5hr lunch started - and there was no dinner, we ate so much indulging at LPB which is a renovated (everything) Manly Wine. They have spruced it up to a marvellous Hampton's meets Manly Beach styled beach venue - I just adored the fitout - epic paintings from Kristyna Dostalova and surf pics from Stop Motion and faux flowers everywhere. They have also done extensive training with the staff and it shows, the service was exceptional. ✅❤️✅
First off the cocktails are INSANE - highly recommend starting with a Strawberry Yuzu Sour, could have drunk that all arvo but a nice bottle of Chardy was min order!! 🍷🍹

Surprisingly the Cauliflower was my favourite dish, closely followed by the dumplings, but the time we got to mains we were so full, but the duck was epic and bloody hot!!
We celebrated a friends birthday here and had an incredible time. We were lucky to have the large group table and shared a set menu - the food was all very delicious, amazing cocktails and all very good value. The service was flawless - the manager was extremely attentive and we had lovely waiters and waitresses throughout the night. Indi and one of the other waitresses serving our table beforehand were standout. All in all a really great night - great food and great venue!
Sliders, Chili Chicken were amazing!
Noodles were good, beef was good. Poached Chicken Papaya Slaw was good but would try the other one next time.

This place is awesome. A real hidden gem in Manly. We went for the Brunch with Soul Saturday brunch event today for a friend’s birthday and me and my friends can’t stop talking about it and have been going through the videos and photos from today. The entertainment was unreal. So much fun! The whole place was singing and dancing. The singers were so good. The food is simply delicious as were the cheeky (bottomless) cocktails. Staff were friendly and the location is pristine with stunning views of the beach. We will be back. We are already planning another brunch visit. Highly recommend. Thank you!
I took my parents for dinner to Little Pearl. The experience was a memorable one.
We ordered all snacks and smalls to share, our favourite was the fried chicken and the coconut prawns, they were delicious!! Never tried so many different flavours all in the same menu. Complements to the chef!
The service was lovely and attentive at all times. And the view from our table was incredible.
We had a lovely night. 100% recommended.
