Corbin's has great staff, a fantastic wine list, and decent food. We tried 5 red wines and all of them were good. There were 2 servers working last night, both were so nice and friendly. We asked to sit outside so one of them went and changed the gas canister for us so we could have the heater on (it was a particularly chilly night).
The fish bao was bland but everything else we tried was good. All the meat was cooked to perfection. Especially the beef ribs which were so tender and flavourful. I'd also recommend the chicken wings and roti with onion butter.

In a word…. Fabulous!! Food is outstanding, absolutely delicious and carefully crafted. The young lady Piper who served us is a superstar… nothing was too much trouble. The wine was superb. A great find!!

Lovely service but very average food, arguably the worst attempt at Asian food I’ve ever eaten. Tasted like each dish was either cooked with or served with very sweet, supermarket style inauthentic Asian sauces. Also, to refer to your business as a ‘wine bar’ and offer an entire drinks list that fits on 1 laminated page, seems incongruous. Expensive, very average meal with a poor drink selection, we both left very disappointed

We had an absolutely excellent dinner and chose the pre-set Hungry and Hungriest menus to share between four. There was so much food and every dish was perfectly presented, with unique and individual tastes and delivered with a friendly smile. All the staff were helpful and obliging. The vodka and elderberry cocktail was amazing.

Enjoyed an amazing lunch today at Corbins. Started with salmon sashimi and followed with 4 small bite plates - san choy bau, curry prawns, soft shell crab tostada and karaage cauliflower - paired with Oyster Bay chardonnay. All were delicious. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

These guys had great customer service last night for dinner. They catered to our preference on the menu and made some of the tastiest food (pad see ew) I've had in a long time!! Il be reccomending this place to others.

... and it was good! Lots of the plates were spicy so watch out! Some dishes were better than others some wouldn't reccomend like this one beef dish.. loved the service and atmosphere.
