Review Tome - Maroochydore

Tome sweet treats are divine!! I wanted some of their delicious Cinnamon Scrolls for a Sunday but with covid they're operating only Mon-Fri. So I emailed Alita & Matthew enquiring about how I could get some. Their response time was quick! and I placed an order for pick up the day before the Sunday. Communication was really good. Invoice was sent, payment made and the goods ready and waiting for me as organised. Which was awesome! I was given a tip on re-heating as I was refrigerating the scrolls for the following day after pick up. I found bringing them out of the fridge to sit a bit before I was ready to heat and eat, good. Heated them with the extra bit of sauce and they came up so good! Like straight from an oven. Fresh, soft and the right amount of everything, cinnamon butter, icing - perfect! Highly recommend. Reviews are bang on, these cakes are awesome. The gluten free raspberry brownie cake was the best gluten free thing I've eaten, as was the incredibly huge cinnamon scroll my husband had. Every bite full was divine. Glad we did the research and visited (we are from Melbourne)

Had a last minute urgent order for a birthday cake. Not only were they able to deliver within a couple of days, the cake looked and tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend them for a custom cake.

The coffee is perfect. It's hard to ignore the delicious treats staring at you at the counter, so if you give in, try the cinnamon roll muffin (heated)...absolutely amazing & needs to be shared as it's huge. Staff are always so friendly.

plenty of space and room inside gives this cafe a really open and inviting vibe. enough seating inside, with some outdoor seating too. staff was really friendly and nice, but more importantly - the coffee was great.

Their cakes are amazing! I'm looking forward visiting soon when I'm on the coast again.

Consistently good service, delicious (and beautiful) goodies and great coffee. We've ordered a cake from Tome for every special occasion over the last three years (we even ordered three for our wedding because we couldn't decide) and they've all been perfect. I'm that classic pain-in-the-ass customer who orders their soy coffee at 50 degrees (because burnt soy tastes like... bad...), and they have never complained (to my face ;) haha), have never burnt my coffee/milk and it's consistently perfect. Do yourself a favour and try a Cinnamon Scroll (but get in early because they always sell out).

Good food it's a shame they have not one high chair in the place so my son had to sit on my lap. Probably would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't worried about spilling my hot coffee on my child or trying to eat while he's grabbing for my food. Certainly not a good place for a diabetics the food is great and very very sweet

The cakes looked lovely but unfortunately didn't taste as good as they looked, very dry and crumbly, the icing was unpleasant, tasted like it hadn't been whipped enough as it was gritty, we got three different types and they were all the same , customer service was good though

Paid over $160 for a cake which was dry and flavourless. My advice: go elsewhere!

The team at Tome made the cake for my 21st on the weekend and I was nothing short of stoked with it! Had a lot of guests comment on how nice it was & ask where it was made. As well as the taste, it also looked incredible! Would highly recommend!

One of the best coffee places on the sunny coast! Every coffee i have had has been perfect... and the cakes OMG they are amazing. But you have to be quick as they go so fast! Thank you guys for the wonderful start to my day
