Review Coffee Club - Maroochydore

Myself, my family and friends are very glad that the coffee club is now under new, motivated, kind, LOCAL owners. This will hopefully continue to support our community in this difficult time. #Coffee is great! And make sure you try their carrot cake, you won’t regret it 😍

This place has sadly gone downhill since the new owners took over and is well below the standard of other local coffee club branches. The primary issue is staff are unfriendly, multiple staff on every occasion the past few months. There is now a push to order online at your table and we were made to feel like an inconvenience when we ordered at the counter. Drink and food are no longer bought out on trays. Tables dirty. Serviettes not offered. On an occasion where I asked for a plain banana smoothie without the passion fruit (I think) syrup, they were unable to do it. I literally wanted the blended banana and milk but it couldn’t be done. Won’t be back.

We went here on the weekend for breakfast and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. This seems to be a very common issue with all coffee clubs. We ordered 2 meals and a coffee and unsurprisingly both were even worse than the service. Most of the items on my "big breakfast" were over cooked but ironically, stone cold. Everything on my wife's plate tasted like yesterday's leftovers pulled straight from the fridge. Except the coffee, that was OK at best. Considering how expensive it is to eat here, it is really disappointing just how poor the quality of the food and drinks are. This particular Coffee Club is a must avoid.

Was disappointed with the eggs Benedict I got. I was expecting alot on the plate since it was pretty expensive but unfortunately no. Just 2 big pieces of bread for 2 small eggs? and very small amount of sauce and far too much bacon. Not looking to come back. Hope they could reflect and maybe add some more things to it.

Just a regular customer. Found out that this coffee club franchise at the sunshine plaza has a new management since Sept 2021. The new owner Michael is changing a lot of things around. Congratulations 🥳; thanks for the quick chat today. Lovely customer service from him and the young lady manager (sorry I didn't catch your name) and the coffee was good! #internationalcoffeeday

Came in for Valentine’s Day and my calamari was naked with no batter, yet the batter was on the side in clumps like I’m pretty sure the batters supposed to be on my food lol. Amazing customer service but horrible food, would definitely prefer gympie coffee club.

An old lady staff pushed me away while I was on the que. She hit my stuff by my side and walked away. I was wondering why it happened maybe because I'm not "white" ? Displayed foods look dry and not really fresh so didn't order anything. However girls at the cashier they were nice and friendly.

Asked for the Camembert, Chicken & Bacon Flat Grill, when it says bacon I expected to see bacon not one piece of bacon 1cm x 1/2 cm on the whole grill. I also paid for chips and got a very small amount not a bowl like the other people around me that ordered chips. This is the second time there I have been extremely dissatisfied, won’t be going back there again. Customer service pathetic.

Very average food and over priced. $3.00 for a single hash brown when you could've bought 5 identical ones from McDonald's and had the same experience. I had the pancakes with berries and ice cream which was delicious, however was pretty average food. However good service.

Give it a miss. Average hot chocolate, watered down. Banana bread average, too moist. Would give it a miss and go elsewhere.

The coffee club should be a club to avoid if you enjoy a coffee. It's watered down, hint of burnt coffee and poorly textured milk in the latte. Avoid it if you can
