Still yummy food and coffee! Lovely staff and location is great - lots of tables! A great menu!

My wife and I were feeling peckish after looking around in the centre and we were walking past here. Out the front there was a very friendly and exuberant young man named Riley. I haven not met someone this nice in hospitality in a decade! He was brilliant! I was very sceptical about the food at first because I can be a bit hard to please, but the breakfast Turkish sandwich was absolutely out of the world. Riley also recommended the chips, which to my surprise lived up to the hype! We were absolutely blown away by them! Easily some of the best I've ever had. The other young man there was also incredibly nice and super friendly. Very cool people. Great food, great coffee, and probably the best service I've had in years. I will definitely be returning whenever I am in the area.

We have visited Emjays Maroochydore on numerous occasions over the last 6 years, the service and food has always been very good. However today was another story. In the hour and half that we were at our table, there were quite a few tables that hadn't been cleared. When they were cleared, no sign of them being hygienically cleaned for customers. We ordered our food and drinks and asked for the coffee to be extra hot, but this was not the case and as usual the drinks came out first with no sign of our food. Coffee finished and still no sign of our food. Finally our food came out. We had to order another coffee to have with our dessert (which we had to remind the girls). When the scones came out, we asked the girl if they were heated and she said yes, but they were cold. Hopefully they improve their act for next time.

I got a coffee on soy that burnt the roof of my mouth really badly. We ate our food and in 20 minutes the coffee still hadn't cooled enough to drink. The coffee has left blisters in my mouth and my skin is peeling. I let them know what happened and refused the offer to have it remade (I couldn't drink it with a sore mouth) hopefully they don't hear soy milk that hot any more but check before you take a sip just incase. Its not a nice experience to have. Food was fine, a bit like a pub meal. The workers seemed really nice and didn't really know what to do. I didn't get the manager, just wanted to make sure they knew it was hot enough to hurt someone pretty bad

The location is great, easy parking, good food. They just don’t alway open in the morning by times specified.

Coffee is always great, but kids play are is so dirty! Found a dead cockroach there!!!!

The coffee is terrible. Really weak. Tastes like warm milk. Never again. Complete waste of money. This is the Homemaker store. The one at Birtinya is much better. Don’t waste your money on a coffee at Emjays Maroochydore. Harvest around the corner or Merlo at the Plaza make way better coffee that actually tastes like coffee. Not heated milk. I could have heated up warm milk myself at home. Absolutely terrible
