Review Mcdonald's - Maroochydore

What a pathetic restaurant. McDonald's over the years has fallen into ruin. Don't buy from here. They don't give you what you ordered ever. And McDonald's customer service sent me a voucher for a small chips. After ripping me off for two large chips and the big mac didn't even have lettuce on it. This place is consistently bad. Actually not bad. Terrible atrocious... McDonald's with all your screw ups you owe me hundreds of dollars. You know the burgers staff taste and value for money really are 10 times better at hungry jacks. You idiots have lost me.

Last time I go to maccas here, coke tastes like soda water and dude handed me bag of food no words and closed the door and was talking to his buddy, so I waited and he said is there something I can do for you, I said yeah the rest of my order, so same happened again and I waited and same again I said rest of my order... disgusting service... Not to mention coke wasn't even full...

Made me place order on self service , and had entered table number. Watched my food for five minutes just sitting on counter for pick up after I allocated the table number. Once I got the order I was missing fries. I went up and told them and no one brought them out to me. While I was sitting waiting for my fries I called the store number to talk to the manager, it rang out 3 times. No one made attempt to answer phone. Very very disappointed with this store.

Went today, asked for 2 frozen cokes for $2. They say machine is broken. So I order something new, a iced chocolate for $5.30 and a large coke for $4.80, received the drinks, the employee said unfortunately we do not have any whipped cream or chocolate for the iced chocolate. So basically I got half the product I paid full price for, when half of the half of the product I received was ice anyways. She asked if this is okay, I replied with no, and she replied with well anyways have a good day. Like what?? I’m entirely unsatisfied with this encounter, wouldn’t recommend. Instead save the trouble and drive 2 mins down the road to the better McDonald’s. Extremely unhappy, I deserve a refund.

I don't usually rate Macca's but the customer service was amazing here today. I sat here for hrs and the lady on the floor was super sweet and gave me a free cup of water. I did purchase a meal but also needed a place to sit and relax while waiting for a meeting. Thankyou for making my day easier 🥰

Not really happy the way we received my aioli wrap today. No care. Tortilla was literally stuck to the paper wrap.

Place an order via self service. Waited for order got called up and they said they didn’t have grill chicken (it’s fine I I der stand due to the flood lots of places don’t have a lot of stock) but the lady was extremely rude. Got order and went to the car forgot the apple slices and my order had tomatoes on it when I ordered them without and had no bacon on it when I paid for bacon. When back and asked for it ti be fixed the rude lady from the start asked ‘what’s wrong with it’ extremely rudely. Continued to be rude until another worker had to come over and put her place. Overall bad experience and won’t be going back.

I came through your drive through this morning and ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin and two hash browns and a Caramel latte. While drinking my coffee I felt something go into my mouth, when I spat it out there was a fly in my mouth from the Coffee. 🤮
