They messed up my order, I asked for two packets of chips they gave me one and they didn’t give me a straw with my drink so i had to go back. When I told the girl at the counter she seemed annoyed, after I left I realised I didn’t get the normal coke I ordered, INSTEAD they gave me vanilla. because of all of this happening, it caused me to have a mental breakdown. so unprofessional and annoying, I am absolutely disgusted.

The cashier stuffed up my order completely. It took him so long to get the order right i didn't realise he gave me chicken nuggets instead of spicy chicken pieces. I couldn't face the ordeal of having them changed. It would have taken too long.

Much the same as all McDonald's stores. Was a bit messy, but I was there at dinner time and they were flat out so I guess it can be expected to a point. The store does look sort of "old" or a but run down. Could do with a bit of a update. It is an amazing place to sit in the mall, right on the creek that runs through the centre of the mall (see photo).

Everytime I go here they always forget part of my meal, the nuggets I was given tasted extremely old and stale. I am sick of paying for a meal then coming home and seeing half of it missing.
