Review Subway - Maroochydore

Ordered via Menulog. Both Footlongs weren't toasted (we ordered toasted), both had no ordered spread, one of them had no ordered sauce (so no sauce at all) and 5 ordered veggies were missing. Very disappointing ☹️

Ordered on the app said the order would be ready for 1:49 got there at 1:47 and they had even started making them and got them much after 1:49. Whilst I was watching I saw a worker (named Bryce) wipe his nose with his hand but didn’t change his gloves then was touching food. Then I watched a customer ask for no olives because his allergic and watch him then make his order without changing gloves even though I saw him touch olives for the sub before. The lady working with him was nice and apologised but I wouldn’t come her again as it was disgusting. To make it worse they got the order completely wrong

My daughter and her husband treated me to my first subway wrap as they told me how delicious they were. I was most disappointed with the food they bought home as it was like a half cooked pancake wrapped around my chicken and bacon. The wrap was stuck to the paper it was wrapped in and by the time i peeled it away my food was cold. I would never recommend Subway to any of my friends as i would be embarrassed if they received their food the same way I did. My daughter recommended these wraps as every experience she’s had with this food previously had been delicious and perfectly toasted outside the paper. When my daughter spoke with the store manager, she was told that this was the way their food was done, and that the previous ways in which my daughter had experienced the food was wrong and that the workers who served her previously would be contacted and disciplined. This is an unacceptable response from their store manager, as the food this time around was disappointing and inedible.

I just had a bad experience with subways supervisor Bree couldn’t be bothered to even get my drink and no good customer service skills aswel. such a shame becuase i had 4 orders to be made but only made 1. such a bad personality and hair was a mess.

Riley the trainee did an awesome job with our subs today! He was very accommodating for the fact my partner doesn't have any teeth and put in alot of consideration into our order! Thank you Riley! You did an awesome job and you have good customer service!

Drive thru sub par. Over 20 mins to receive 1 footlong. Not the kids in store fault. It is so obviously understaffed. Not a good Subway.

my partner and I were served by a lovely Middle Aged woman a few weeks ago when making our subs (8:30pm, 19/1/22). we have sadly forgotten her name, but she was so so sweet and we can’t stop talking about what a lovely experience it was.

DISAPPOINTING SERVICE CULTURE I have ordered using the Subway App multiple times now. On two occasions, my Subs were not toasted, even though I asked for them to be. When I confronted the affiliate on the most recent occasion, I was given attitude instead of a solution and literally asked 'What do you want me to do?'. On this occasion, I was furthermore also given a different bread from the one I ordered without even a comment about it. The Subs were mushy and dripping sauce. Service culture is generally bad at Subway in Australia. You regularly get the impression that it is a strain serving you, whilst you pay good dollars for your food. This experience however was particularly annoying as not even the smallest effort for a resolution was made. Very disappointed. *** This review was brought to you for only $ 22.40.***
