I have never had a good experience here. I occasionally enjoy a treat for lunch maybe once every couple of months. I went today in my 30 minutes lunch break, waited 25 minutes for almost cold chicken. Other times I have had the wrong order or the chicken in the burger is tough. Looked like they were completely under staffed with so many people waiting a very long time. I didn't have any time left to complain in person or I would have.

Buy 2 zinger stacker, and was horrible!!! Put far to much sauce, the chicken not even crispy, and the buns wet.

Never get what we ordered, check your meal before leaving, this has happened 3 times now and only at Maroochydore. Won't go back there. Today we got original when we ordered hot and spicy, the chips were cold and one box was half full, one piece of chicken in our family pack was so tiny it looked like it had fallen off a normal piece of chicken, the chicken was hard and tasted awful. What a waste of money, we binned it and went for red roster.

Only 2 stars because of the older woman who used to work on the drive through window who was always friendly (I think she has retired or left now tho?)
2019 I got an incredibly bad case of food poisoning from this place. Spent 4 days in bed with a burning gut and non stop vomiting. Stayed clear of ever since but always remembered the friendly woman on the window. (Otherwise you would have got a 1 star rating)

Let me say that KFC is usually a treat for me the staff are great but today I purchased the 3 piece chicken box asked for 1peice of hot and spicy breast to be included it wasn't not a big deal but the the quality and size of the 2 drumsticks and the smallest piece of thigh chicken ever was very disappointing. The bread roll (if you could call it that) couldn't get any smaller also add the bag of chips that wasn't even half full left me very underwhelmed and ripped off . Not sure if I will be back

Only one thing that we ordered and paid $33 for was in the bag, everything else was wrong and that’s not the first time, in future I will be going to the Buderim store, they are so much more efficient. People give Maroochydore a missđŸ˜°

KFC was pleasant and staff seemed to be nice clean and fast service. If you want nice KFC it’s better to buy in person as these delivery couriers always seem to make the food less then appealing.
