A bit disappointed today. The usual standard was somewhat missing. We had a voucher that offered one coffee for $1 with the purchase of another. We assumed that we could swap out a $2 can of coke for the $1. No way; unacceptable; no negotiation. The prices are a little high so we decided on a burger and chips between us. No problem. Brought out two plates with burger neatly cut in half and chips shared between us. Burger was okay. Chips quite a while off being crisp. Glad there not too many. We (two middle aged women) called out goodbye and got a cheerful farewell and “please come again. “ I will go again as I try to support the small local businesses, but maybe for coffee and cake next time.
