This is really wonderful place which will serve delicious Indian food. It has decent vegetarian options. We had been there for birthday dinner with family. The food served is amazing specially the Chef's platter, malai kofta and cheese-garlic naan. 😋 the service is prompt and people are friendly too. It's a must go if you're missing the Indian aroma.

Food: (5/5 stars) Seriously the Best Indian food we’ve had in Sydney!! Yum!!!!!!! Very authentic flavours and high quality ingredients.

Service: (5/5stars) Friendly and attentive service.

Ambience: (3/5stars) a little too quiet for me. Restaurant itself is nice but the vibe is on the quiet side. Size of restaurant is medium. Nicely decorated.

Price: average price for Indian food. Not cheap, but worth the cost cuz food is delicious and high quality.

Toilet: available inside. Clean, average.

Conclusion: love the food. I wish I could eat here more often but kinda inconvenient for me to get too since I live in cbd.

Really had a good time with my work mates. The service, food all was top class. The person taking the order was always smiling and made us very comfortable. We ordered a bunch of dishes and everything tasted great.

Enjoyed our dinner at Zinger Taj . The manager was extremely polite and helpful . It's a short walk from Luna park .

The food at Zinger Taj was surprisingly good,although it lacked in ambience. The staff was polite but poorly dressed. All things aside, I would definitely go back for the food again.

Ordered for delivery on Sunday night and within 25 minutes a delicious Indian meal was at our door. Had the chicken tikka masala and dhal with some rice. Very very tasty. Surprisingly tasty for Indian takeout actually. Generally speaking, I find myself disappointed with Indian takeout (too oily or bland) and try not to order Indian takeout... but when a craving hits! Highly recommend.

Great restaurant and can thoroughly recommend. I believe it has just undergone a name change to Blu Ginger. The Palak Patha Chaat I could easily become addicted to, it is absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favour and experience this reasonably priced restaurant. Friendly and attentive service, BYO - you can't go wrong. Mermaid.

One of the best dining experience for Indian cuisine.

We ordered chicken tikka and tandoori v Prawn for Entrée. Prawn Malabar and panjim fish curry and butter chicken for mains. Gulab jamun and mango Lassi for dessert.

Tandoori prawn is to die for and definitely the winner for Entrée.. Chunky Prawn well marinated and cooked to perfection in Tandoor.

For mains strongly suggest their Prawn Malabar. The Prawn is fresh and crunchy cooked in balanced curry gravy with perfect portion of coconut milk.

For dessert both gulab jamun and mango Lassi are equally good. Can't fail any of them.

If you are ordering wine make sure you choose the Rothbury Cab Merlot. It complement the dishes very well.

Bottom line : Great food. Great service. Good Value.

My friend and I had a voucher for Blu Ginger which we used last Friday night. The downside of using a voucher was that we could only book either 5.30pm or 8pm, but that didn't really matter as I work in North Sydney so 5.30pm suited us perfectly. The food was really good. My friend got one tough piece of lamb in our lamb korma but it seemed to only be the one piece as the rest of the meat was tender enough. The butter chicken was delicious. By the time we finished at around 7.45pm, there were quite a few diners in the restaurant which added to the great atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant and will return.

Work ordered this in for dinner one night when working back and it was a great decision. Chicken Tikka Naan was delicious and the Chat was incredible. We followed it up with a Chicken Tikka Masala and a Lamb Korma. Still had enough left over for lunch the next day.
