This place is absolutely crazy.... Service, quality of food, atmosphere; it’s all top notch đź¤đź¤¤ The views are amazing. I love how they take you into the kitchen to take the oysters and show you the food being made in person; definitely feels more personal!

I took my sister here for her 30th birthday a few months ago for something really special and memorable, and the entire experience was perfect. The views are amazing and the staff make you feel special without being stiff or overly formal. We loved the experience of being able to go into the kitchen to have oysters to kick things off, and the presentations of each dish was exciting and made the meal not just mouth-watering but an entire immersive experience. The wine was equally delicious and matched perfectly with the dishes. We booked for an early dinner to watch the sunset and topped off the meal with a drink in the bar next door which was the perfect wrap up. Certainly easy to see why this is considered one of the best restaurants in Melbourne!

Elegant sophisticated cuisine with native Australian ingredients. Chefs tasting menu consisting of 10 courses and costs was $310 per person The winning dish for me was the Avacado, kingfish with wasabi, snow. It was a theatrical food experience. Definitely a must-try restaurant
Impeccable service and astounding food! We celebrated our 2nd anniversary here and the staff was super attentive and accommodating. We’ve never experienced a fine dining experience like this before. Definitely worth every cent!

Excellent choice for any special occasion. We were there during our honeymoon with birthday around the corner. Kudos to all the waiter and waitress. Especially to Jessica and John.The unsung heroes beside all the chef with their amazing food. Making our visit here truly memorable. Amazing food!
On the 55th floor of rialto building, this is elevated dining in every sense. The decor is avante garde, the staff wearing some designer garb, and most speak with french accents (like Dinner by Heston).
They have 2 degustation menus and we opted for the longer one. All the dishes are very good to excellent, and though gimmicky, there are some interactive courses like making your own hotdog, or pounding your own herbs. Also appreciated they allowed my partner to substitute 2 desserts with 2 savouries at no extra charge. The last course was cheese and though i see 10-20 varieties and they said “we’ll give you a bit of everything”, they self selected 5 without really us choosing

Seriously incredible. Vue De Monde is and has been a Melbourne institution for over 20 years, in this time they have continued to edge closer and closer to perfection. This is heavily reflected in all possible aspects of the dining experience. The venue, the staff and of course the food. It isn’t often that you’d find an experience as experienced as this one. An absolute must for anyone who takes their interest in food seriously. Nothing short of breathtaking.
