Went for breakfast after staying the night, as a general rule not really a fan of the buffet breakfast but the Park Hyatt is one exception. Service is excellent, coffee is good, all the usual suspects are there and fresh.
Excellent service, and interesting quite extensive menu. Gorgeous venue and lovely atmosphere with the open kitchen and wood fired oven, very relaxed. Staff were very attentive and food was delicious! Would recommend, especially if you are staying on site at the Park Hyatt.

It was one hot day in Melbourne (33 degree, I believe) I arrived for my good friend wedding reception at Park Hyatt. Upon arrival, canapes were served and definitely lovee the service. The services were great and satisfying, all waiters and waitresses are polite and accomodating, without being annoying. Highly recommended if excellent quality of customer service is first for you and your guests. On that particular night, I have had Baked Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream & Sage Butter as my entree, Honey Braised Pork Belly with cauliflower puree, scallops. black pudding crumble, compressed apple and Mango Panna Cotta, lime meringue, coconut, with passionfruit cream as dessert, along with the wedding cake (chocolate mud cake). I rated the Baked Gnocchi 8/10, as it was truly a great entree, soft, warm, the spices and the creaminess were just right there, so eating the whole serving, does not make you feel bloated. I must admit, I have nibbled too much of that Lune Croissants in the afternoon, so I could not finish my entree. Until Today, I still dreamed about this baked Gnocchi, wish me luck so I could find it somewhere in Sydney, or else, I will have to go back to Melbourne to have it again! Honey Braised Pork Belly was 7/10 I would say. The pork belly skin was soft, noting it was cooked with care, the whole flavour of this dish was in harmony, but it is not something I would want to eat on again. Last but not least, the Mango Panna Cotta has helped me took off from creaminess and tenderness of former dishes. Tangy, sweet and creamy at the same time, again, the lime meringue, coconut and passionfruit cream are precious elements to the mango panna cotta, which made the whole dish tasted wonderful. I left being refreshed and full of smiles than before :) The wines for entire night was Bay of Stones Shiraz and Chardonnay, in case you're wondering.
Highly recommended for both formal/ non formal gathering :)
I kicked off my lengthy birthday celebrations with dinner at Radii with a group of friends. The resplendent interior made this a stunning location for a special occasion. The menu is certainly on the pricier side but the lovely ambiance and attentive service are well worth paying for. The multi tiered seating allows a sense of space and intimacy you just don't find these days. I had the Angus sirloin which was deliciously succulent and flavoursome. A really lovely evening and the ideal place for a celebration
Had a work luncheon here yesterday and the food was simply amazing. I had barramundi which was superb followed by a chocolate dessert w a caramel ice cream.

Excellent food and service staff well briefed of all items on the menu which I understand changes weekly. Had a really good selection of starters which are easily shared and my mains was the John Dory accompanied by some sides the best of which was the brilliant cheesy and garlic potato - top class
Also enjoyed the fact that unlike most restaurants in Melbourne which pack u in like sardines shoved up against other noisy diners where intimacy is impossible - that the layout of this restaurant provides space between tables so a private conversation can be easily held - a real luxury in Melbourne these days

Came for breakfast here after staying at the hotel. The breakfast buffet and especially the hot selections were probably the best ones I've had from a buffet breakfast at a hotel. Everything was really fresh and kept hot. The hash browns were my highlight, as well as the mini chicken sausages. They have a really big selection of items to choose from and make your coffees to order after you've been seated.
Great quality food and awesome variety. Service was average. Excellent decor. Had the feed me a lot option and was still unfortunately still hungry at the end however the ingredients and selections were amazing. Great restaurant for a romantic evening however extend your credit card limit before you go. Expensive.

Food : Had the Feed Me Lot gastronomical experience with dishes selected by the chef. Great selection including lovely breads, antipasto, seafood mains, and cheese platter combo.
Service : very attentive without being intrusive.
Ambience : loved the multitiered seating arrangements, we felt a sense of privacy while having a nice view of the surrounding. Lovely live music to accompany our dinner.
Amazing breakfast! Lots of choice and cooked to perfection. Hot dishes include eggs any style, waffles, pancakes, porridge etc. Good service. My favorite spot for breakfast, recommend!

Absolutely delightful food and service, dining here is a real enjoyment! We had a Lime & Tonic special five-course meal to celebrate the other half's birthday and it was just amazing. Had a glass of French sparkling each to begin with. For entrees we had beef tartare and sour tamarind soup (Thai style). The beef tartare was matched well with egg yolk on top. Classic. Meat was very fresh. The soup was quite appetizing but perhaps a bit too sour for some people. For main we had a black angus rump each and it was well-cooked and nicely garnished with pickled onions and cipollini. It was actually quite big in portion and I wasn't able to finish. The final two courses were both desserts - strawberry sorbet and creme caramel. Overall a fantastic meal and definitely lives up to its 5-star reputation, in particular the impeccable service. There was also live singing downstairs (not sure if this happens every Saturday night or only because there was a birthday function going on) which made the ambience even better. I would definitely return for another special occasion!
Huge fan of Radii. Food is beautifully presented and well considered. Everything tastes wonderful, even down to the balsamic vinegar. I love the restaurant layout. The different levels make every table feel exclusive. Highly recommended for a romantic night out.
The food here is five star and so is this restaurant and staff can't recommend it highly . Staff were welcoming and so attentative loved it . Such a special dining experience thank you so very much will definitely be returning very soon .

Outstanding food, attention to detail and great service.. We recently enjoyed a fantastic meal in the Radii Restaurant. We had the privilege of meeting Chef Tyson, the Canadian-born head chef who took the time to talk to us about the menu and the carefully sourced ingredients. The dishes that we tried were simple but elegant, and allowed the high quality and natural flavours of each ingredient to shine through.
The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the wait staff were knowledgeable and professional.
The outstanding food, attention to detail and great service made our experience at Radii a truly memorable one, and we will definitely be back for more.
High Tea. We came here with a voucher for high tea. The food was delicious and the service was great. One of the staff members found out it was my birthday and brought out a special dessert plate. I will definetly return.
And to top it off, five different miniature pastries. We didn't quite catch the names of all the items (too busy taking photos) but of particular note was the lemon meringue pie, which had a beautiful short pastry and a smooth and intense lemon curd filling, all topped with nicely caramelised meringue that was light and airy, almost marshmallow-y. The macaron was pretty average (but I may have been spoilt by Adriano Zumbo's macarons). The pecan pie had a good solid chocolate based, smooth chocolate filling and toasted pecans.

Radii part 2 Second time .... Radii part 2
Second time here on the Lime and Tonic voucher. Its a great deal - though the menu feels hunted the second time around. I love having the cocktail last- its like an extra dessert with the petite fours. Had the steak tartar , then chicken which is spicey, hubbie had smoked trout and the steak. Dessert was chocolate fondant and pavlova sandwich - the desserts might have been a little stale. Visited on Friday night this time, and restaurant was buzzing. A Christening group in with too many kids and Tony Abbott was eating in a private room and in the bar later, groups of kids dining like adults seems o be spoiling recent outings. by all means have two kids learning to appreciate food, but 10 or more just makes for unpleasant experiences for other diners.

Used the Lemon and Tonic deal for a 3 course designed meal with a cocktail and tea or coffee plus petite four. On a very quiet Tuesday we almost had the restaurant to ourselves, but also meant we had the sole attention of out waiter who was attentive and chatty. We had a choice of 3 options for each course which was lovely, but also a surprise as we expected a set menu. So we had the Gorgonzola panna cotta, which was light and flavoursome, and came with a full salad accompaniment; and the beef tartare, which was fresh and came with truffled crisps. We chose to select glasses of wine from the list, to match each course, and we took the option to have our cocktail after the meal in the bar downstairs. This might have been to clear our table and get breakfast ready, or it could have been the pleasant option it turned out to be. For mains we had the chicken breast, which was Thai spiced and very spicy, possibly even too spicy; and the rump which came perfectly cooked, seared to black on the outside and nearly rare on the inside.
For dessert we had the carrot cake and lime and ginger sorbet, almost too rich a cake but the sorbet was perfect, and the pavlova sandwich - perhaps fairly standard. Retreating to the bar downstairs, fairly sumptuous, we had the 'good night Radii' a warm creamy cocktail and 'Ruby on the town' a refreshing drink. accompanied by petite four. A very enjoyable evening for about $180 using Lemon and Tonic offer and buying wine by the glass. Oh, and the deal included valet parking, very swish.
Re-visited - Love the Food & Service!. We went back to radii for my birthday. Again and again, I was blown away with the food we had. Chef Tyson and his team are doing a really amazing job. All items served on our table were all to die for. Picture below is my favourite dish, fish sashimi with crispy skin and salmon roe and the pretty edible flowers - all elements on the plate come to perfection! I just love that chefs come to our table and explain the dishes, it's so special.
Service was faultless and staff are so friendly. Laura and Lucy were looking after us - thank you for the experience. I will definitely come back again.

Amazing Food, Great Service. All items on the menu are amazing! My favorite items were the smoked ocean trout (so refreshing!) and the chicken liver parfait (tasty and perfect texture).
I recommend everyone to go and try the new menu. I was totally blown away with all dishes served!

Amazing food! Coming back soon!. I dined hear a few days ago, we were recommended by my wife's co-worker "you must try the fish!" We arrived around 730 pm on a Friday, I was impressed at first by their wood fire oven as we walked by the open kitchen, you can sure feel the heat! Ordering off the menu we started with the smoked trout salad and calamari risotto. I was amazed! the freshness and balance of flavours in the trout salad was impeccable, the risotto was spot on, not mushy and overcooked, but hints of lemon, cheese and a distinctive blackness from the squid ink set the wood fired squid on a pedestal, it was delicious! Our mains arrived promptly, my wife ordering their Barramundi and myself trying the Trumpeter, we shared sides of farro salad and some hand cut potato chips. This is how you do fish! we asked for Cherry for both fish, the smoke flavour from the wood was deep but not overwhelming, the meat was tender and juicy and the skin was a salty crispy delight. IT came with a little cabbage salad tossed in some olive oil and some sort of citrus, probably lemon. By the end of our gluttony we decided to order a dessert plate and try a bit of everything.
It was a nice touch at the end of the night to have chef Tyson ( I think that was his name??) ask us how are meals were and answer some of my wife's questions about the wood oven.
I can't wait to go back!
I recently dined here, it was fabulous, the staff were very attentive, we were served promptly & meals were on time. Admittedly one negative regarding my meal would be that the steak wasn't as warm on arrival as it could have been. I also think that the wine list was overpriced for some of the vintages listed. However overall a very pleasant dining experience & I will definately return.
This restaurant is a special place to me. My husbands name is Radi. We came to this restaurant 7 years ago in a date. We had our wedding dinner at the Radii Cuba Function Room 4 years ago. Food was excellent. Service was superb. I love this restaurant!

Hidden away in the Park Hyatt, this is a first class establishment in terms of decor, food and service. Liked the way the tables were not crowded, and the multi level and open kitchen added to the atmoshere. A good selection of dishes, which were prepared at a high level of quality, flavour and presentation. Will go back.
Enjoyable. Excellent steak, cooked to your liking with perfection. A bit pricey, however the food is great.
Stark contrast. Have dined here several times with some good and bad experiences. First time waitress tipped butter & juice from asparagus all over brand new FJ sports coat. Staff wanted to argue about it! A phone call to manager next day brought apology & promise to pay dry cleaning bill, sent bill to manager never received payment.
That aside the food is very good & prices reasonable, I will keep going back as long as they keep up the good work with the Degustation which is excellent, especially with the wine, (very generous with the wine, no driving after this).
However, in stark contrast, the afternoon tea is just a ripoff! Half a cup of coffee & tea that was indistinguishable from warm water!I and once I got a (small) cup of tea, I was expect to have to pay extra for a second cup!! Better to hit the Windsor across the road, even if it is just a dump now.

Still reliable. While not the two Hat restaurant of old this is still a great special occasion restaurant. If you have a large group enquire about the round private room that is intimate.
Highly recommended. We booked the private dining room for Christmas Eve for 8 adults and two young children. Service was slow however given the night it was understandable. The wine list on Radii's website was very different from what was presented however this was apparently a change over period that hadn't made it to their website yet. Entree's arrived promptly along with chefs tasting plates and mains were very good, though a little late. Management did not charge for either the kids meals or deserts as compensation for the delay. Service was very good and the available champagnes and wines of excellent quality. Passionfruit mojito highly recommended also. Overall, a very pleasant evening.
