Beatrix is known for their cakes and tarts, but recently I found out that their pastries are also phenomenal. Found the cookbook in a bookstore and wanted to see the store. I flew into Melbourne recently and had the opportunity to go there. I wasn’t disappointed. My cousin and I lined up (worth the wait) to purchase a medley of things to try.

Their menu is different every day, so I recommend you to check Instagram. Especially, it is sold out early on weekends, so I recommend you to go in time for the opening time. I'm honestly not a big fan of the Sweets but Red Velvet cake is the best in the world.
