Superb dining experience. Great location, accessible parking, modern and clean venue. Favourite part was the amazing service by Agnes and the exceptional cooking by the Executive sous chef, Paolo. Made a booking on line only to be told it didn’t exist when we arrived even though I received a confirmation email. Got a table and ordered a chicken pie for $15 and that's all I got, a pie on a plate for $15. Sorry, that's dreadful, throw a bit of salad on there or something. We won't be back.

Food is ok but every single time, the service is just abhorrent and terrible. Customer service is dirty word here. So much so that I need to come up with various reasons why we should come here… hard when friends or family wants to come here

This hotel bar is exceptional, the view overlooking the park is very relaxing, and the vibe and atmosphere inside is unbeatable. Ill always get myself an espresso, take a seat and get some serious thinking and planning done. Great place to relax and reflect or to have a drink or two with friends.

Enjoyed a fabulous gin inspired High Tea. Delicious food and friendly staff.

Staff is polite and attentive. Menu selection was very limited. Food was average. Atmosphere is nice. Price is worth if you're an accorplus member but they don't do membership benefits on days there are events at the MCG
