Delicious and strong coffee near my student accommodation! I also ordered the beef roll with gravy. Food was just okay. But definitely come here for the coffee! ☺️

Standard Melbourne coffee, good as expected. Colleague ordered the peanut butter slab which was surprisingly good, dense in PB 🥜
Delicious coffee roasted on site. The coffee was smooth and creamy with notes of caramel. The strength was perfect and my coffee was piping hot.
A beautiful coffee experience. Hands down, one of the best coffee I have had. Their Columbian cappuccino does win the heart. The ambience is pretty chic.
Super popular with the locals and office workers. It's also my regular coffee joint whenever l come to Melbourne. This is the only place my work colleagues take me for coffee and l have been told it serves one of the best coffees in Melbourne. I actually agree. Not only is the coffee is great and never disappointing but the service is also great. They are very busy so lm always happy to get a great service especially when the restaurants/cafe is busy.

Will definitely be back! The meals were absolutely delicious, homely and fresh but quite reasonably priced!
Working in a new CBD location made me stumble past this menu that had house-made pan-fried gnocchi that was also vegetarian. Mental note to return to this place for that alone but there was another veg meal I’d be keen to try too.
Returned with a colleague for lunch break - On arrival the full table-service was nice, friendly, quick and attentive.
Gnocchi for me of course and @Mickymag ordered the chicken and mushroom pie. The meals took maybe 15-20 minutes? But we were both impressed with what came out.
The gnocchi was definitely house made, lovely and fluffy sitting on a bright orange punkin purée sauce and vegetables (spinach, semi-dried tomatoes, caramalized onion maybe and punkin pieces)
I always love when the ratio of vegetables is on par with the amount of gnocchi so I was very happy. Very tasty and not too huge of a portion which I also always appreciate. The only thing which I admit is me nitpicking, would be a slight more pan-frying for a touch more outside crunch, but other than that it was pretty much perfect!
The pie looked like the pastry was house-made too, came with mash potato and salad (and for some reason some tartare sauce?) Mick didn’t care too much for the salad but enjoyed the pie and mash.
The menu also had five proper vegetarian meals (not including sides) that I would happily order, which is a rare find.
For the impatient coffee lovers - they also have ‘Skip App’ to pre-order their on-site roasted coffee.
4.5/5 - will be back maybe once a fortnight to try each vego meal!

This cafe is a favourite with my colleagues for takeaway coffee, they'd go as far as to buy their coffee beans which they roast on site. This place wears many hats, they even have a rotating art gallery inside where you dine!
We decided to eat in and started off with a couple coffees, I was impressed with how creamy my foam was out of all things. Their food menu leans slightly towards Italian and they've also got your standard cafe items, I got their Melanzana Parmigiana which is essentially an eggplant parma. Enjoyed the grilled eggplant with mozzarella and napoli sauce, the salad on the side was a bit too acidic from the dressing however and I couldn't stomach any more of it.
My colleagues enjoyed their wagyu burgers despite it not being a dedicated burger joint. This place can get busy during peak coffee times, no coffee no worko.
love their coffee, highly recommended. you can feel the freshness of roasted beans. I guess they are roasted everyday fresh and I am a big fan of coffee over there.
Definitely the best coffee in the area. Roasted on-site by someone who cares about good coffee and is willing to chat to interested customers about the process. Counter staff come and go, but are usually relaxed, friendly and efficient - no waiting for someone to finish on facebook here...Great meals or just a muffin for a snack, again, made on-site and fresh in the morning.
Good for coffee, haven't had enough of their food to provide a fair rating, however they offer Skip ordering and pick up which is the reason why I make this my morning coffee spot on the way through to work.
