gr8 food and the owner telly is a legend - the coffee is outstandingn and together with the ambience of the domain precinct makes it a gr8 venue
French toast was amazing, pancakes where good! Ordered our coffee to come out with the food. Ended up coming out 15 minutes later which I didn't mind but I can see some people being unhappy over it. Probably wouldn't return with the amount of great breakfast places around. Overall Food was well above average!
Bumped into this place while waiting for friends are the Royal Botanical. The place is nice with a great chill backgarden. The serve was attentive and friendly. There is a wide selection of food to choose from. The coffee was great, I had my normal strong latte. It was strong and had the kick of caffine to it. The food wasn't too bad. I had the "hangover" breakkie. Everything was nicer though was bacon was a little burnt but then I looked my bacon crispy. 😊
Of the slew of cafes on domain road I quite like domain brasserie - this time around we came more for lunch than for the usual brunch fair before a walk through botanic gardens. I had the DB burger - highlights were the delicious garlic-y aioli (I am a huge garlic fan) and the juicy burger patty. The lowlights - small serve of chips (look honestly you didn't need more but I love chips plus that aioli needed to be entirely mopped up!) and the burger bun. The bun of the burger was a bit too sweet and reminded me a tad bit of corn bread / brioche, which brought the dish down. Overall solid burger.
had brunch here on sunday, i had the acai breakfast bowl, was delicious, my friend had the pulled pork eggs benedict, i had to steal a mouth full, was so tasty and very generous portions, coffee was perfect, service was good, even the french waitress with limited english was lovely. will be back for sure..
Great staff and lots of choices in the menu. we sat in the back area which is very cozy and cute and I really enjoyed the broccoli soup. Would surely recommend it from amongst the cafes in the area.
best coffee in South Yarra by far!!! tried the rest but this place just gets it right every time, never too bitter never burnt milk, just right amount of cream... thank you db!
Delicious and service with a smile!. We have been frequenting the Domaine Brasserie most weekends for 2 years now and over that time I have seen the standard of the service and food improve continually. Telly is making a great impression with his customer focus, (especially friendly for doggy lovers!) and the wide range of delicious food available. Great coffee, good selection of luncheon dishes, interesting specials. Quiet area tucked away at the back of the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit.
When we just arrived here staffs serviced really kindly and Me and my friend ordered Beef burger and creamy chicken pasta. Creamy chicken pasta was awesome beef burger as well. For sure I will be here again soon. Thanks for giving me nice foods and services
Great place for a Sunday afternoon lunch. Nice little outdoor seating area, gets lots of sunlight. Street is relatively quiet, so you can enjoy your late and smashed avo in peace :).
