The restaurant was empty except for 2 tables, we were sat right next to the only other patrons in a pretty cramped corner. Call me old fashioned, but I still like social distancing!
Whilst looking at the menu, we asked for water and tea for the table. Two filthy plastic cups were put down. The cups
This is my favourite spots for Cantonese cuisine.. still remains very high standard even due to so many lockdown and hard to survive with business.. always love their crab dishes, sweet and sour pork, lobster etc.. too many to share.. also nice service and reasonable price
My favourite restaurant from Chinatown. The flavours and quality are exactly that I am looking forward. Very delicious! Thanks
Decent Cantonese style restaurant.
Shame that the interior seems slightly unkept with reeks of cigarettes smoke.
Great value of lobster. $58 for a lobster of 650g. Highly recommend deep fried lobster with garlic and black bean.
However visit this place on Easter Sunday and staff completely forget to put the order through the system. Waiting for 30 mins without any foods served. Ruin excitement of the night. M
Before lockdown : big portions ,cheaper priced
After lockdown: small portions ,overpriced food
Stay clear of this place. Overpriced rubbish on a plate.
Pros:
- Quail was tender and juicy. Very good.
- Donut stick was fresh and crunchy
Cons:
- Lettuce pork dish was $6 really?! Raw onions and pork. The meat could fit into a tea cup.
- Chicken corn soup tasted like water.
- Century egg congee
Stuff is around by moving our table and taking too long to take our orders. The food is good whoever. Great place for a late night supper.
