FJ Cafe is my go to coffee hit in the mornings and lunch spot when I have time. Staff are great and friendly, coffee is fantastic and food is always clean and tasty. Only downside is the wait at times during peak coffee rush but 100% well worth it and no complaints for an extra min or 2, we go in a group 10 usually so the guys on the machine are great. The only other comment I'll make(nothing at all to do with the cafe food or staff) is the constant complaining from students from the nearby college about no more hot dogs, potato cakes now 1.50 and the like. I've read their reviews on Zomato as well.
Seriously, grow up and get over it - the previous owners had that food available to stop hearing these students cry and moan being the only food that cost close to nothing on the menu period. I haven't seen a place nearby that even offer that. Complaning about 50 cents in the city? wow. Also, keep hearing from them about how great were the previous owners, wake up! They renovated the place to get rid of it, ofcourse they'd be your best friend and do as you ask, they wont see you again..
