There’s Random… and then there’s ‘Superrandom’. Thankfully, Ibrahim Houli has brought his methodical nature to this bayside café since taking over a few months ago.
In actual fact, he’s done the full circle, having started his hospitality career at Pod Espresso in Brighton, then moving West for Wee Jeanie. He’s done the full circle, and returned to the South. Speaking of circular forms, this café is famed for its cyclist cliental. It makes sense, considering Superradom resides on New Street, and sits at the doorstep of many bike trails. It’s even got its own separate bicycle entrance out back, so riders can take a pit spot without hassle.
They’re also pet friendly, which helps when you’re in an area that treats fur babies like family.
Superrandom caters to the time poor, but caffeine hungry folks of the south.
Food offerings are focused on grab and go options, which pair well with coffee by Mikro Coffee Roasters.

Superrandom cafe located in Brighton is a cute little cafe and a definite hotspot for coffee aficionados in Melbourne – if that’s you then you should add this place to your must visit list. Be prepared to be blown away by the full bodied coffee and breathtaking coffee art by Award winning Barista Nobumasa Shimoyama.
Great coffee and awesome vibes. Staff are super friendly and the decor is really nice. Different type of cafe in the sense that most people just go for coffee but the simplicity is definitely an attraction
