Very impressed! Ordered a Hawaiian and a Supreme medium pizza, takeaway. Thin base but not too crispy. Toppings were yummy and good quality - no fatty chunky pieces of ham here. Location: in the middle of not much else, but worth the 15 min journey for me. Recommended!
Down to earth simple but good food. Great lamb chops and chocolate mousse. Very relaxed place. Having lots of regular customers must mean something.
Best pizza for miles around. Friendly staff. BYO at no cost. Can’t fault.

Definately some good pizza to be had here. Love the crispy base with the smooth creamy tomato sauce.
Mouth watering, Try the Portofino Special, Americano Pizza, Marinara & Carbonara Pasta and the Gnocchi is ammmazzzing. Best Pizza & Pasta, delicious, yummy proper home style cooking. Light not heavy. I can eat a large pizza all by myself. Favourite Pizza Restaurant - loved by all my family & friends. Proper italian made. Highly recommend. You will be back for more and more like us.

A pizzeria worth the high rating on Zomato, Portofino has always managed to put delicious and satisfying food in my tummy. Never dined there, but have got takeaways many a time for that quick dinner. Have tried some of the Pizzas (supreme, meat lovers, portofino, chicken primo) & pastas (spaghetti bolognese, penne tuna & olives) and I can say with a hand on my heart that they were all hits, nary a miss. Highly recommended. I would rate it 4/5.
Went here because of the rating. Was not disappointed, pizza and pasta are good! The gluten free base is available at the price of $4 which is a bit pricey. The toppings are great, right amount of meat and the cheese were soo good, wish there were more of it. Both pizza and gnocchi are tasty. I dont usually order gnocchi but this was good. The appearance of food are nothing fancy, more like home cooked meal. The place itself also look simple, more like a takeaway place. Staff is friendly and attentive. Probably one of the best pizza I have had in Melbourne.
At the helm is Michael, who has been in the business since 1970 and Lorenzo with 30 years plus under his belt. With this combination of pizza legends, you are assured of receiving the very best and that is what you get at Portofino! This smallish and very popular restaurant is a local gem, lucky Glen Eira!!
Great Italian pizza the way it should be. Real ingredients real taste. The dough is second to none. The shop had run out of tiramisu which could of made it a 5/5!!
Love love love this place. The food was yum! Loved the pizza but loved their pastas more. The chef served us freshly made spinach and ricotta cannelloni and it was out of this world!

Local pizza shop close to the tram depot (ideal for PTV as there are limited parking spots nearby). I’ve only ever ordered takeaway from here but they do have both indoor and outdoor dining. Pizza is good for the price, haven’t had any issues. They are also super quick and the service is friendly.
When we order uber eats or get pizzas locally this is one of my boys faves. Always great flavour, perfect crust thin and crispy as requested. Salads are good. We usually get margarita and vegetarian. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant with great pizzas and wonderful pasta in a cosy atmosphere. We had the gnocchi, it was light with great texture and an amazing marinara sauce. Pizzas were really good, the bases were cooked perfectly and the toppings were authentic which reminded me of my many trips to Italy! The staff were all very relaxed and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.
Very nice little restaurant. Food was very nice and simple. The gnocchi was one of the best I have ever had and the creamy sauce wasa to die for.
They were so busy when we arrived.... quick and prompt service...Lovely pizza and Spaghetti.
