Average, slightly pricey. The breakfast menu is mostly egg-type dishes - typical brunch food. We both ordered 'The Pope Benedict' which included 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of ham, some spinach, grilled tomato and english muffins with hollandaise sauce on the side. This dish costs $16.90, which is a little pricier than some other brunch places.
Portion wise, it wasn't the biggest of meals I've encountered when eating brunch food, but it's not lacking. The dish was filling for me, so my hunger was satisfied.
Service wise, I felt that the staff were very nice. However, as we were seated outside, it was difficult to get their attention to order. But their attitude was good nonetheless.
All in all, this wouldn't be a favourite brunch place, but it's not a horrible place. If you're just looking for a place nearby for brunch and don't mind the price, then this place would be an option.
Very nice place to eat! Chicken Parma and lasagna were great in flavour and size.
Also they serve at the start a huge basket of bread and butter.
Great coffee and food, a must try if you in the West Melbourne area.
